Member's Mark Carrot Bar Cake, 38 oz.

ok, not great. Had some on Christmas Eve, bit into 2 different shells pieces- hard as a rock.  Tried the last slice today,   same thing. Almost cracked my tooth.  I bought 2 so very disappointed.  it has nuts obviously,  did this happen to my guests as well?

Need to improve packaging. Hard to open and harder reclose.

Did not care for the frosting. Was looking for more of a cream cheese frosting not one that taste like regular cake frosting

Not enough of of a cream cheese frosting flavor

Short of my homemade carrot cake, this is the best purchased carrot cake I have ever had. I bought it for my husband‘s birthday as carrot cake is his favorite. Homemade carrot cake is a lot of work with lots of steps in the process. So finding such a good carrot cake that I didn’t have to make was great! The cake is well worth purchasing. It’s moist and it has a very delicious cream cheese frosting. I plan to buy it for our next special occasion.

This carrot cake is worth the money.
