So moist and flavorful

Absolutely delicious the frosting wasn't overwhelmingly sweet it was a very light whipped cream cheese frosting and the cake was amazing very moist and just enough spice. There are alot of split reviews on this cake I think it just has to do with personal taste, I look at it as a upgrade from an overly sweet cake with heavy frosting to a more balanced bakery carrot cake with whipped light not too sweet cream cheese frosting which I prefer, I had no problems with mold which I've seen several reviews from people who did, my cake was eaten completely in 3 days by my family, I did refrigerate my cake I did not leave it out. My youngest daughter loved this cake so its toddler approved. I recommend buying as I will be purchasing again. Hope this helps!
