Cake was bland and dry

My sister got this for family dinner. I never buy GMO products , but I respect a host's offering. I did not feel right after eating a slice and afterwards saw GMO on ingredient list, as I suspected that was the culprit. If it's outlawed everywhere else but the U.S., why feed your customers poison? Shame on Sam's for offering sub par food products. Do better !

Excellent carrot cake!

No cream cheese in it

Not very good...mainly because of the icing. When I have carrot cake with cream cheese icing, I expect the icing to taste like cream cheese icing. This tastes more like whipped topping icing. Ruined the entire cake because there's 3 layers of that horrible "icing". What a disappointment. YUCK! If I could give 0 stars I would.
