MOIST AND DELICIOUS

This cake was sogging on the bottom layer, definitely under cooked. And the icing is not cream cheese icing, more of a buttercream icing with no flavor except butter and lard.  Would have preferred to get money back, but we threw it out. Waste of $18 dollars.

Not very good...mainly because of the icing. When I have carrot cake with cream cheese icing, I expect the icing to taste like cream cheese icing. This tastes more like whipped topping icing. Ruined the entire cake because there's 3 layers of that horrible "icing".
What a disappointment. YUCK! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Did not care for the frosting. Was looking for more of a cream cheese frosting not one that taste like regular cake frosting

Not enough of of a cream cheese frosting flavor

Short of my homemade carrot cake, this is the best purchased carrot cake I have ever had. I bought it for my husband‘s birthday as carrot cake is his favorite. Homemade carrot cake is a lot of work with lots of steps in the process. So finding such a good carrot cake that I didn’t have to make was great! The cake is well worth purchasing. It’s moist and it has a very delicious cream cheese frosting. I plan to buy it for our next special occasion.

This carrot cake is worth the money.
