This pressure washer is meeting all of our expectations. We got it home, assembled it, and then spent the day using it and trying it out on many different surfaces. We cleaned our concrete, 2 of our vehicles and even took old paint off of our yard fence. The machine fired up on the first pull and didn't glitch once. It worked just as it should! We're looking forward to longevity with the Honda motor and no rust from the aluminum frame.

After filling up with fluids, it cracked up on the first pull. Did an awesome job cleaning a driveway. Look forward to using it many more times. I highly recommend the Simpson surface cleaner too. I wished the manual gave instructions on how and when to change the oil in the AAA pump. The Honda engine is a beast.

I had never heard of the Simpson pressure washer until I searched the Internet and stumbled upon them. Great purchase and pressure washer is very powerful. Especially, the powertrain combination of the Honda engine and the AAA Triplex pump. Very satisfied.

We purchased a Simpson 3700psi pressure washer after reading many reviews. I wasn't familiar with the brand. We had owned a gas pressure washer (15+ years) and had tried an electric pressure washer that was very under powered. This Simpson model is a beast. Finished our 14’x20’ patio in half the normal time. It did a great job cleaning our vinyl siding and other concrete walkways. I have more jobs to do, but I’m very pleased with the performance and I’m confident this PW will complete them with ease. It’s a little tough for me to pull start, but my husband is taller and he can start it. It also requires some hand strength to keep the “trigger” depressed. Assembly was easy. Connections are tight. Motor runs smoothly. It promises to be a good investment.

Pleasantly surprised with the detailed written instructions and manuals that came with the unit nicely packaged in a box on a pallet. Most products do not come with writtne instructions anymore and require website access to get the procedures for set up and operation, but this unit comes with full set of manuals and additional quick start reference guides to make final assembly and start up really easy. After following the instructions, the unit started right up and runs really quiet and smooth. The engine does not seem like it has to work really hard to deliver the fantastic pressure and flow.

This pressure washer was one of the few gas powered ones I can get in CA. It was relatively affordable when its on sale. It’s powerful, easy to start, and cleans well. Simpson claims their pressure washers are “made in the USA,” however I’m not really sure what exactly is made in the USA. The engine and tires are made in China, the pump and spray gun is made in Vietnam, so I guess maybe the frame is the only thing actually made in the USA? They should probably just claim to be “assembled in USA” instead. The foreign parts actually looked pretty good. The frame was realistically the worst made part and had bad, splotchy powder coating.

Upgrade from my old 2300 psi pressure washer that could only pump 1.7 gallons a minute if my memory serves me correctly. This thing is doing over twice the gpm and almost twice the psi. Even though this thing is a lot heavier so it’s harder to transport. It’s really easy to maneuver for its weight. The only thing I wish it had was a gauge for when you adjust the pressure. It’s all just a guess without a gauge. The only time that’s really a concern is when you use attachments that have a lower psi rating than 4000psi. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and I’m sure the Honda engine will keep on working well into the future.

This basically the same as my Dewalt pressure washer from 5 years ago. Same Honda Gx 270 and similar Triplex pump. The older pump failed and was mixing water with pump oil. I couldn’t get the pump off the shaft because the manufacturer didn’t put anti sieze grease on the shaft. So I went to remove the new pump and put anti seize grease on it and the soft 5/16” hex head bolt stripped. Three no problems but the 4th…so very disappointing that you created another failure point to keep people buying new machines when they could just replace parts.

I bought to move my surface cleaner better than what I currently had. Which was 2.5 gpm withba 190CC. It crushed it. Thus isbthe real deal. My 2.5 works great with a residental grade 12 inch surface cleaner but could perform the wat I needed it to perform with my 16 in SC. Trust me. Spend the extra money and but nothing else.
