Only about 8 hours on this pressure washer so far, but I’m very impressed. It’s a major step up from the homeowner-grade unit it replaced. The Honda GX engine starts easily, runs smoothly, and the increased flow makes a huge difference in cleaning performance. Too early to comment on long-term durability, but given Honda’s reputation, I’m confident I’ll be happy with this machine for years to come.

This is my first triplex pressure washer and the power increase is very noticeable. Cleaned house and driveway in approximately half the normal time. Used a 16inch surface cleaner and worked great. Only complaint is the transport handle. I’m not sure why but it has a lot of play. Maybe it’s to reduce metal fatigue due to the vibration? Either way, would buy again!

This pressure washer is meeting all of our expectations. We got it home, assembled it, and then spent the day using it and trying it out on many different surfaces. We cleaned our concrete, 2 of our vehicles and even took old paint off of our yard fence. The machine fired up on the first pull and didn't glitch once. It worked just as it should! We're looking forward to longevity with the Honda motor and no rust from the aluminum frame.

I’ve been very happy with my Simpson power washer. It starts easily, has plenty of power for cleaning decks, siding, driveways, and equipment, and feels well-built. The pressure is strong enough to tackle tough dirt and grime, yet it’s easy to operate. Overall, it’s a reliable machine that gets the job done and has been a great investment for home and outdoor cleaning projects.

Pleasantly surprised with the detailed written instructions and manuals that came with the unit nicely packaged in a box on a pallet. Most products do not come with writtne instructions anymore and require website access to get the procedures for set up and operation, but this unit comes with full set of manuals and additional quick start reference guides to make final assembly and start up really easy. After following the instructions, the unit started right up and runs really quiet and smooth. The engine does not seem like it has to work really hard to deliver the fantastic pressure and flow.

I bought this pressure washer and couple months ago and am glad I did. It's easy to start, powerful, and comes with everything you need to get started. It's already tackled several large cleaning jobs around my property. I would recommend it to anyone.

Upgrade from my old 2300 psi pressure washer that could only pump 1.7 gallons a minute if my memory serves me correctly. This thing is doing over twice the gpm and almost twice the psi. Even though this thing is a lot heavier so it’s harder to transport. It’s really easy to maneuver for its weight. The only thing I wish it had was a gauge for when you adjust the pressure. It’s all just a guess without a gauge. The only time that’s really a concern is when you use attachments that have a lower psi rating than 4000psi. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and I’m sure the Honda engine will keep on working well into the future.

I had never heard of the Simpson pressure washer until I searched the Internet and stumbled upon them. Great purchase and pressure washer is very powerful. Especially, the powertrain combination of the Honda engine and the AAA Triplex pump. Very satisfied.

I had this for over a month and I bought it to replace my older Simpson pressure washer that was over 10 years old. The old one was 3000 psi and it finally died upgraded so my son can use it to pressure wash for his small business so far so good I like the one pull start. I would put this as a prosumer unit. With good maintenance I’m expecting to have this for over 10 years.

I’ve had it two weeks and it has exceeded my expectations. I have cleaned my driveway and my back porch and my 6 foot white privacy fence in the back yard. I’m 6’1” and 260 lbs and The pressure is unbelievable as it can push me over.
