I bought this two weeks ago, it is my third pressure washer in about 20 years. I wore the other two out....I use them for my truck repair shop, using maybe two or three times a month on the average. The first time using this last week, I used it for about two hours and other than a leaky quick fit ( wand to hose ) it worked great. Now going to use it for the second time the pump kept by-passing for the first 5 minutes then it finally kept working. I used it for 30 minutes and shut it off for about 5 minutes and could not pull the engine to re start. Every time I tried, it would recoil jerking me along with it. For my sake I wish I had something better to say but at this point I don't.

Easy to put together. I am very Pleased with the results. Cleaned up my semi trailer with ease and blasted the grease and heavy road dirt . I have had several power washers over the years and the Simpson has performed better than all I have had. I highly recommend this to someone who has some tough projects ahead

We purchased a Simpson 3700psi pressure washer after reading many reviews. I wasn't familiar with the brand. We had owned a gas pressure washer (15+ years) and had tried an electric pressure washer that was very under powered. This Simpson model is a beast. Finished our 14’x20’ patio in half the normal time. It did a great job cleaning our vinyl siding and other concrete walkways. I have more jobs to do, but I’m very pleased with the performance and I’m confident this PW will complete them with ease. It’s a little tough for me to pull start, but my husband is taller and he can start it. It also requires some hand strength to keep the “trigger” depressed. Assembly was easy. Connections are tight. Motor runs smoothly. It promises to be a good investment.

I love me a good pressure washer. I wouldn’t say I’m the biggest expert, but I’m certainly not a novice by any means. This bad boy packs a mean punch. The pump itself is massive. Shoot, the entire unit is freaking huge. Never seen anything like it. Honda GX270 is already doing her thing. Holds 1.2 US qt of 10w-30 oil, roughly 38.4 fl oz. Unit comes with 1 qt (32 fl oz) Amsoil oil, so you’ll need an extra 6.4 fl oz’s of oil to meet the spec. Don’t worry about the dipstick level. Fill her up until oil is touching inner threads aka about to spill out. And hold on when squeezing the trigger for the first time…it’ll push ya back a little. Pressure is amazing and the 3.5 GPM should speed things up drastically. So far, so good. Looking forward to seeing what all she’s gonna do for me in the future. Dad always told me…”If you take care of your equipment, your equipment will take care of you.” Can’t wait for all the tune-up’s. Go drop the dough and get ya one right now. You won’t regret it!

Machine works flawlessly. Honda engine starts consistently on first pull. Plenty of cleaning power for normal residential use. Professional braided hose is a huge benefit compared to cheaper hard plastic hoses. Very happy with purchase and would recommend to others.

Bought this to start a little pressure washing side hustle. So far has treated me good with plenty of power to clean house siding and patios. Only con i’ve had is in the box it was packaged in is also a quart of 10w-30 oil but on the motor it says use 15w-40. I didn’t see that until my 4th time using it. Some oil is better than no oil i guess.

gave a four star review only because i havent used it yet just purchase yesterday and came in today. easy to put it together and currently only design flaw, I wish that it had a not only the upper hand nozzle support but the lower gun nozzle support.

This is my second pressure washer, I’m very impressed with the power of this unit. I used it several hours on Memorial Day to pressure wash my house prepping for paint. With 4000 psi I had to be careful using to on a ladder, that pressure pushes you back when you hit the trigger. Honda engines are so great, starts first pull (if you remember to turn on the ignition switch)😊

This basically the same as my Dewalt pressure washer from 5 years ago. Same Honda Gx 270 and similar Triplex pump. The older pump failed and was mixing water with pump oil. I couldn’t get the pump off the shaft because the manufacturer didn’t put anti sieze grease on the shaft. So I went to remove the new pump and put anti seize grease on it and the soft 5/16” hex head bolt stripped. Three no problems but the 4th…so very disappointing that you created another failure point to keep people buying new machines when they could just replace parts.

After filling up with fluids, it cracked up on the first pull. Did an awesome job cleaning a driveway. Look forward to using it many more times. I highly recommend the Simpson surface cleaner too. I wished the manual gave instructions on how and when to change the oil in the AAA pump. The Honda engine is a beast.
