I had an old and much smaller pressure washer. Cleaning the house was a real PITA. Now, with this super unit, it was much faster and the house looks great. Excellent engineering and construction. Well packaged, easy to follow instructions. Highly recommend! This unit is HEAVY. The guy at Tractor Supply loaded it for me. I used and engine hoist to unload it.

We previously owned two pressure washers, one of them more powerful than the other, but neither of them prepared us for the cleaning power of this machine. It starts on the first pull, and the pump puts out a powerful stream of water at a good flow rate. We have a home with a long concrete drive and a large concrete patio. In Florida, this means mildew and algae. This pressure washer puts out enough water and a high enough pressure to effective clean even the worst areas. We bought a commercial grade surface cleaner and this machine puts out enough water at enough pressure to use this effectively. This is a powerful machine that makes cleaning so much easier. We love it.

This is an example of you get what you pay for. This unit was more than I wanted to pay but I'm glad that I did because the quality is very evident. I had a cheaper unit for years and I was never happy with it so I'm enjoying the quality of the Simpson machine.

I was a little intimidated at first but after setting up the unit out of the box, it was easy to use. I have an older gas pressure washer but it’s no where near as good and powerful as this one. I tested this unit for a few minutes and, wow, it’s powerful. I will give an update when I use it to clean my driveway and sidewalk. So far, I am very impressed!

My 16-year old son wanted to start a pressure washing business. He wanted professional quality without breaking the bank since the business loan was coming from dad! I wanted him to have something good and reliable so I wasn't getting phone calls to come bail him out. Has been using for a couple of months now; driveways, lanais, pool decks, docks, seawalls, home exteriors. Pressure washer works great, makes easy work of cleaning (he's had a couple seawalls that had nearly 30 yr-old growth on them), starts easy, runs well, and best of all, I haven't had to go bail him out once.

This unit worked great, started with one pull and has a lot of power. The only problem with it is nose heavy and need legs to keep it from tipping over. I had it tied in my truck and it rolled over on its front, it took 2hrs to get it started again, the oil in the crankcase went in to the compression chamber and it took a long time to get it out to get it started. I still think it is a great unit, but it could use short legs to keep it from tipping. I will make some legs for it or move the motor back to help.

I brought it this month. One of the cottle pins which holds the wheel in was missing so I used a plastic connector and the holes to put on the handle were not linned up so I had to drill the steel to make them enough for the screw to fit. But it is now a work horse!!!

This unit was purchased for some heavy duty tasks around our home. I've already used it to clean the vinyl siding which, on the North facing walls was getting dingy. I turned the pressure down as I was up on a ladder & was afraid it would push me off. I was also worried about it blowing the siding off. The results were great & it made short work of that project & the siding looks new again. Will also be using on our RV & other general vehicle washing & mower deck cleaning, etc. Only rated 4/5 as I feel the hose & wand management could be better. It is a pretty small footprint for such a powerful package. Set up was a breeze & we're looking forward to years of reliable service from the Honda engine & Simpson pump. The pump has a large sight glass so monitoring the oil level & cleanliness is quick & easy.

I like the use of Honda engines in Simpson products. From the box it started on the second pull and is very easy to restart when in use. The fifty foot hose was a nice touch when choosing this model. Because of its size the double handle makes it easier to lift the unit by distributing the weight front to back. I also like how the water supply connection is on the side and the connection to the braided power hose is out the back between the handle supports and not on top of each other
