I have sent in a very in-depth a newer to this today. Is it possible for you to find it? I definitely need to send it back. This has been so disappointing and very uncomfortable. I believe I’ve re-upped my back injury in the process of dealing with this huge machine…but please…read the details.

I am extremely happy with my pilates reformer cadillac combo purchase! It is excellent quality and provides endless options of workout routines even though it’s not a full cadillac (just the tower you see). Hope Sam’s decides to sell the accessory reformer box too!

Great pilates machine that will save lots of money on classes.

Sticks when the reformer goes back and forth. Not a very smooth glide.

Bought this in October 2020. It went together easily, except that the tower is not aligned and customer service has sent 3 different parts to no avail. Can't use it until they get me a non-warped push bar and the tower is aligned straight. Mid-November and still working with Customer service to fix! It should not take this long to correct their defect. The actual reformer works smoothly and I love it. However, we paid extra for the Tower and expect it to work also. Once fixed, I'll update this review.

I had this machine for a total of 28 days when a part broke. I contacted the manufacture 2 days before Christmas. Despite multiple calls to customer service, emails, and reviews there is no clear timeframe for when I will have the new part and the machine fixed. I am having to return it to Sams for a refund. Such a disappointment. It’s a lesson learned for me to do better research on the customer service aspect of companies when making such a large purchase. I really enjoyed it for the month I had it. For the price I expected it to last longer than a month. So disappointing.

Great reformer! It was very easy to set up and it’s very well made.

Good machine for the money. I am used to studio reformers and it’s not quite that but I am enjoying being able to do Pilates again on a reformer.

This is a great starter pilates machine. I am really enjoying it. No pressure on my joints and there are endless ways to use it. Coming from strength training to this was an easy transition.
