My wife goes to a Pilates Studio 5 days a week. She really likes this device and says it’s almost as good as the studio ones. I like it for convenience and I can do my stretching and strength building every morning before I’m off to work. It was relatively easy to assemble but it did take 2 people because of its bulk.

Sturdy went together quickly and I love it. I was going to PT for my core after surgery. They used an expensive wooden version but this Machine does everything at a much lower cost. The springs make the resistance a good level To workout and tfw trampoline is a plus to work up to!!

Love it. It looks exhausting once you see all parts, but it was very easy to assemble. Very good quality!! One piece was not built properly, called Sams's they were very nice. They didn't have part but offer to send me new machine which I refused since I have put 90% together. They then told me that I should contact manufacturer to see if they can replace and I did and they just asked me serial and model number and they send me new handler. Very happy with machine and with both customer services.

For the sale price I paid for this combo, you couldn't ordinarily buy just the Cadillac tower, let alone the reformer. For the value alone, I would give this 5+ stars. Yes, I trained and taught on Balanced Body studio and Allegro reformers for 2+ decades and they are the gold standard. Only problem is the amount of gold they cost! Enough other people like me rated this highly enough I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. I have put it through a full assortment of all my favorite exercises and can use this to do everything well and effectively. Straps aren't readily adjustable (no cleats), but as long as you set them evenly initially, you shouldn't have to adjust them if you're the only one using the unit. Springs are different but not problematic. Carriage travel isn't quite as smooth as BB for leg extension or jumping, but for some reason when using the straps (on hands or feet), it IS just as smooth. Cadillac attaches absolutely solidly and all parts work beautifully, though again the differences take a little adjustment. I purchased a BB lightweight foam box and it's the perfect accessory. So happy to be able to resume my reformer workouts at home for such a relatively low price. Since being furloughed & then let go by the facility where I taught, I hadn't had access to a reformer again until I bought this. Very happy!

Love this! Perfect for working out and protecting joints.The only reason I did not give it 5 stars, is there isn't any instructions on how to use the Cadillac. The sliding piece is rather heavy. It requires two people to lift and carry, or one really strong one to lift. Otherwise, it is an easy assembly.

This is a very nice Reformer. It was pretty easy to put together by myself using the allen wrenches that came with it. If I had been able to use a drill it would have been a much quicker setup. My only issue is that I did not realize it only comes with the 2 blue springs and 2 yellow springs for tension. I have not found where I can order a red or black spring to change them up if wanted something different!

It arrived in a timely manner, some of the sections were well packaged but the main body arrived with two deep scratches on the carriage area. It only has 4 springs 2 blue, two yellow. I wish it had a 5th spring there is space for 5 springs to fit but it only has 4. It has a bounce panel and a regular foot rest that are interchangeable. It is high enough from the floor to allow for an average size person to sit on the floor to do more of a variety of exercises. The shoulder rest are too big. They are not like conventional shoulder rest just two bars with round foam that is too wide or thick for comfortable settling of the neck between them also it is difficult to rest and hold the hand/foot straps with them because the foam is so thick , it is usable but a bit uncomfortable. The shoulder rest are removable but I have not found something more like a shoulder rest to replace them by. . I have not used the Cadillac yet but I am looking forward to graduating to a workout that includes it. Putting the machine together was easy but you do need a second person to help you. It does not come with the box and bar and it would be helpful if it did or at least there as a package that offered it because the box is really necessary to advance in your progress. Overall the machine will do for at home workouts. I am now looking to see if in the future I can replace the springs for springs that are stronger.

This is a great home reformer, only improves needed is it could be a little wider, a better rope system ( my ropes are never even, there are better systems and a easier improvement they can made). It was delivered a week and half earlier then originally stated, just was great. Not bad to assemble. I had to call the company to receive the free videos. Definity worth it - I love having this at home and not worrying about sign up for a class and and a high monthly fee.

This is a great home springs-based unit. There are a few features I will more than likely replace with higher quality items, like the straps and potentially the ropes, but overall for the price it's a great option for home use. I'm 5'4", and it's perfect for me, my husband who's 5'10", barely fits. I would say if you're tall, this may not be the right machine for you since the stoppers aren't adjustable.

Arrived in good shape, instructions were good, not a lot of info on the Cadillac portion. Said to log into website with model number and serial number to get a coupon code to access videos on how to use. My model/serial number did not work so I sent an email to their customer service a week ago with no reply, so basically I have had this for 2 weeks and except for some basic stuff have been unable to use. Not super impressed, possible return if I don’t get some help soon!
