While skeptical of how well a front loader would wash vs the old LG, we have found it does a great job. Things like bath matts come out cleaner than ever. The autodispense feature takes away much of the hassle washing and worth the extra. Over manual detergent measuring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this washer a month ago. It's a bit costly but worth it I guess. Have to see how it performs in the long run. So far it washes very nice. The AI optiwash automatically senses load and soil type and sets the levels automatically. Just throw in the old clothes and start. The only thing I have had problem is with installation but not with the product. The installation guy put in the drain pipe almost 2 feet deep when it specifically says no more than 6 inches. So water was not draining. Contacted customer support and they send in a technician who fixed it.

Saved a lot of time using the AI optiwash to choose the amount of detergent and wash cycle, and then have it linked to wifi to send a phone notification when the cycle is complete. Also like the way it looks.

i am loving my washer! it's sleek and modern, and the blue color is really beautiful - it's a very deep navy blue that is actually quite subtle and looks gorgeous. the smart features are top notch, and much more helpful and convenient than i expected. the ai cycle takes the guesswork out of laundry, and connecting the washer to the app sends you a notification when your cycle is finished. the washer is really high capacity, which is great for bedding. i also love the auto dispense system - it's really helped me use only what i need to compared to my last washer, and holds a ton of detergent and softener. the drawer can be fully removed for easy cleaning, and it also notifies you when it's empty, so you're not constantly needing to check it. it makes doing laundry so simple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved to a brand new house so we needed a brand new washer to go along with that. The Samsung Bespoke was the perfect solution. It looks pretty, with a dark navy color. The menu is digital so it is “hidden” while not in use. It has smart home capabilities, that allow you to control the washer from your phone (and also get notified when the cycle ends - no more checking all the time, or forgetting the clothes were even there in the first place). I like that it also tries to learn your laundry habits and suggest cycles based on AI. So sometimes you just turn it on and it already recommends what you were thinking about doing. Another interesting feature is that you can pre load it with laundry detergent and fabric softener, and then it will automatically dispense the products according to the weight of the load. Washer and dryer are also stackable, and if you decide to do so, everything can be controlled from the washer. With so many cool features, I’m amazed that it also manages to look so cool on the outside with an impressive sleek design.

I renovated our laundry room and changed from side by side to stacked. It saves a lot of room and so far has worked great! Unfortunately the included dryer cord was not long enough to reach our outlet so I had to purchase a longer one. The features and auto dispenser are all great and the drum sizes are huge which is great as well!
