[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and have I absolutely love it. The SmartAI function does all the work for you. You don't need select the cycle or add detergent once you load it in the tray. Works beautiful with SmartThings App too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK. Not too bad. Some of the settings can't be changed (like on the AI OptiWash). Don't know why. Spin cycle is a little rough even on the lightest setting. Overall not sure if I would pay double or triple the price for a Bespoke model because there doesn't seem to be any difference between a Bespoke model and a non-Bespoke model. Luckily, I got this one at a super steep discount, so the price of this Bespoke model was about the same as the price of a non-Bespoke model.

A few of my favorite options are the automatic detergent dispenser, the fast cycle, the steam option, and the AI OptiWash. It's great when my phone tells me the load is finished instead of running up and down the stairs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All my friends were insisting us to buy LG products, but somehow we liked bespoke washer and went with our gut feel and surely we are not disappointed. We definitely could see the washing quality difference with our old washer and with bespoke and bespoke is absolutely on top. Great part is we are using just 25% of the soap compared to what we were using earlier. Absolutely love it !!!

i am loving my washer! it's sleek and modern, and the blue color is really beautiful - it's a very deep navy blue that is actually quite subtle and looks gorgeous. the smart features are top notch, and much more helpful and convenient than i expected. the ai cycle takes the guesswork out of laundry, and connecting the washer to the app sends you a notification when your cycle is finished. the washer is really high capacity, which is great for bedding. i also love the auto dispense system - it's really helped me use only what i need to compared to my last washer, and holds a ton of detergent and softener. the drawer can be fully removed for easy cleaning, and it also notifies you when it's empty, so you're not constantly needing to check it. it makes doing laundry so simple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our brushed Navy washer and dryer from Samsung are amazing. They are quiet, efficient, and most of all work well. We also recommend looking into Samsung TV’s as the Smart Things app connects all things Samsung. When the washer and dryer cycles are complete we get a notification on our television which is helpful since we live in a three-story townhouse.

About almost 2 years ago we bought this brand the washer n dryer machine but the white plastic that holds the silver band around it broke and started making a huge sound like an airplane. I have done my research and saw many bad reviews of this washer. For sure not buying no more Samsung brands:(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the simple design. Wash options are selected by turning the dial to the desired option. My old washing machine had the load options on the front - they eventually rubbed off. Washing machine is huge and easily fits king size comforter.

So far, I have washed 2 loads to test it out and I am very happy with the purchase. I am a senior citizen and was a little hesitant to get a machine with so many functions but I was able to use it with only a few minutes of reading the operation manual. There are so many features I want to try out!
