This Samsung washer has seen mystery stains, muddy kid clothes, one tragic makeup incident, and whatever happened to my brother’s “lightly worn” work pants (hes a plumber).. and it just keeps spinning like a tiny stainless steel therapist.

It’s quiet enough to make me check if it’s actually running, but powerful enough to resurrect towels that smelled like they lost hope. The spin cycle could probably launch a satellite. My clothes come out cleaner, softer, and somehow more emotionally stable than when they went in....and then so am I.

10/10. If this washer ever develops sentience, I’m putting it in charge of the household budget too. Period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is perfect. I take care om my elderly parents and this machine is perfect for cleaning the bedding and there clothes. My favorite cycle is the steam and sanitize. It helps me keep my parents bed and clothes clean and germ free. I also love the self cleaning. I use these every time I finish my parents laundry so I can know the machine is sanitized for my kids clothes.

There is the drain filter which must be cleaned out every so often but when paired with SmartThings you'll get an alert to notify you of that. Since we have dogs that get sand and mud everywhere, having the extra large capacity washer really fills a perfect need. Its almost like the washer hits precisely the right spot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, the washer has been performing very well and is doing a great job meeting my laundry needs. One of the standout features is the spin cycle—it leaves clothes noticeably drier, which helps cut down on drying time.

The only downside I’ve noticed is that the push buttons can be a bit sensitive. Occasionally, they don’t respond right away and require pressing more than once, which can be slightly frustrating.

Overall, though, the washer is reliable and effective. Despite the minor issue with the controls, it’s been a strong performer and I’m satisfied with its performance.

Solid Performance with Minor Button Sensitivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Bespoke washer and the matching dryer a little over a year ago and it's been really nice. It washes well, leaves our clothes smelling fresh, and the Ai automation + dirt sensors do a great job detecting how soiled the load is, then adjusts the wash. It's very efficient that way because it doesn't use too much water and doesn't take up too much too. It has a LOT of space too for larger items. That said, occasionally it randomly seems to be out of balance and starts "knocking" around. It can be three t-shirts (I where mens medium) and it will do it. That part makes it difficult to wash at night as it could wake the kids up. Aside from that, it's really good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does a really good job cleaning, and I like many of the smart features available through the mobile app. The cycle estimates are generally accurate, and the auto-dispense detergent feature is convenient for day-to-day use.

My biggest frustration was the Wi-Fi setup. Even with a strong home network and multiple 2.4GHz IoT devices already working fine, this washer would not connect easily. I eventually had to set up an older router just to get the app connected, which shouldn’t be necessary for a premium appliance.

Another small issue is the auto-dispense detergent system—it works well, but it doesn’t always reliably notify me when the detergent is running low or empty.

Overall, I’m happy with the washer and its cleaning performance, but the connectivity setup and notification system definitely need improvement. That’s why my experience lands somewhere between 3 and 4 stars.

Smart Features and Great Cleaning, But Wi-Fi Setup

I purchased the washer and dryer set in Jan 2023. The washer had to be repaired twice since that time, the first time was just outside the 1 year warranty period and the second time 1.5 year later; both times out of pocket repair costs. First, the detergent dispenser housing was leaking and the part was replaced. Second, water leaking inside the machine housing rusted out one of the front shocks, causing the machine to severely vibrate during the spin cycle. Now I worry about what issue will arise next. This is a poorly made machine, even though upon initial purchase it seemed like a good investment. Will not buy this again nor recommend to others.
