We also bought a pedestal to go with it and makes the look of washer even grander. Love all the great features that uses AI and large tank for detergent and softener.

If fill up washer to much then the clothes do not come out dry enough. Also I inside of doors/drawers seems wet after wash so I leave open after use to dry out.

Love all the various settings to choose from. You can view online what cycle the washer is on, how much time is left, and you can be notified when your load is done.

To top it off the lower profile design along with a navy blue aesthetic really makes the laundry room feel modern and cohesive. As with all Smart appliances, reading up and following the best use and maintenance schedule will prevent many of the premature issues other commenters post. There are too many features to list here, but I suggest taking the time to learn all the features and wash cycles this appliance can do, you'll be amazed. Samsung thankful did not go with an oddly curved and bulging designs like many others use, With the form fitting shape, I added cabinets around these appliances and I love how easy and put together my home looks now.

Its sleek modern design has changed the look of my laundry room completely. It's so simple to operate and yet it has so many functions. The best feature is the smart things app on my phone which allows you to customize the washing load and picks the settings for you based on type of clothes. It alerts me on my phone when my washing is done. As a busy working mom, I absolutely adore that future. The other good thing about it is energy saving. It uses much less energy than my old machine and saves me a dissent amount of money. I highly recommend this product for any family, especially big families like mine

So far, I have washed 2 loads to test it out and I am very happy with the purchase. I am a senior citizen and was a little hesitant to get a machine with so many functions but I was able to use it with only a few minutes of reading the operation manual. There are so many features I want to try out!
