Also - we can put 2 different detergents in at the same time and tell the washer to choose which one to lose. The touchscreen is also easy to navigate

We went from a state of the art front loader and dryer set from a little under 10 years ago to this washer & dryer set and the additional convenience features make it so worth it. While the previous transition to steam dryer and more cycles were nice additions, adding the ability for the washer to auto dispense and adjust to the soil level are total game changers.

And so far- I love it! It is also extremely quiet. Bought the stand too and I am happy with my purchase.

AI opti Wash is excellent feature, clothes were washed in 30-40 min and with *optimum quality. Due to its smartthings connectivity, I was getting all notifications for completion on my phone as well as on my Family hub refrigerator. I bought pedestal stands along with washer, its definitely good choice due to space it provides and height it gives to washer. I recommend bespoke washer along with stand

I've had it for a year now and so far it's been great. It matches my bespoke dryer and in general it looks great, the interface is easy to use, it is just generally a great washing machine. I love the AI features since it helps me be efficient with my water. I also like detergent dispenser tray where i can put detergent and softener easily. Not much I can say about it other than that it works great so far and still working great. It's also cool that these bespoke series can be side by side or stacked if I want to in the future.

So far I tried washing my bed sheets and they came out super clean in only 28 minutes! The dryer was super quick and took only 30 minutes! Just to clarify, I have queen size bed sheets and I was able to fit both comforters and my bed sheets inside of the washing machine without any problems.

About almost 2 years ago we bought this brand the washer n dryer machine but the white plastic that holds the silver band around it broke and started making a huge sound like an airplane. I have done my research and saw many bad reviews of this washer. For sure not buying no more Samsung brands:(

With my big family as well I can wash all our clothes in no time. I love the Al Optiwash feature that will select the appropriate wash cycle therefore all your soiled items will come out perfectly clean and dry each time!
