I rarely write reviews, and usually when I see a one star review I don’t pay much attention. However, this has been an exceptionally bad experience. The washing machine sounds like a jet plane taking off. We have had two Samsung repair guys here and Samsung says we are overloading it. They are telling us that only ONE SHEET can be put in at a time. Not one SET, one SHEET! So much for Ultra Capacity. Further, they have run diagnostics and even though the tech agrees with us, Samsung is telling him there is nothing they can do. I just want my money back at this point. We have been working on this issue for 45 days. The washer dryer is only 90 days old. This is ridiculous!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased Bespoke AI with automatic dispenser about a month ago. It is not as cool as I thought it would be. It smells like weird plastic. I am not sure how long it will take for the smell to go away. I do not like the automatic detrgent dispenser. It uses alot of detergent and on low setting the clothes dont get washed well. It has manual add for detergent and bleach but it doesnt have a slot for softener. It also was scratched up when it arrived. I am kind of just stuck with it. Clothes have a strange smell after wash, such as plastic or something. Overall I am just stuck with it because I dont want to go through returning it. Next 2 years I am planning on buying something else. I was going to get the bespoke dishwasher and fridge but not sure now.

Smart things app lets me know when drying is complete and I can start, from my phone. I have the green set and I absolutely love them. I can control washer and dryer from washer. Own a childcare it the best at small loads and a great sanitizer.

Starting with how many feathers Samsung packed in this beautiful machine. Starting with the spacious 5.3 cu. ft. ultra capacity which now loads even more our soiled clothes. Coupled with it is its AI Optiwash technology that detects clothes soiled levels and it adequately adjust in water and detergent intake. Less wastage Now means more money in our pockets. O! and to make it even sweeter, The Samsung Bespoke washing machine comes with auto dispense system. I can preload it with laundry detergent and fabric softener which is loaded automatically depending on the load or cycle option. The smart intuitive front panel gives you 25 total washing cycles to choose from plus 18 additional washing option. These I have to say helps us eliminates to manually inputting of set desired time to washing our children's soiled clothes. The fact that it has Wi-Fi connectivity is just astounding. Now I can get alerts on my phone of the clothes cycle finishing. This helps eliminate forgetfulness that our clothes are left in the washing machine. I was so ecstatic when I made this investment and will it love for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im a huge lover of Samsung products so invested in the washing machine with auto dispense which I absolutely love. My only downside is I wish it had a separate fabric softner as sometimes I like to wash my bedding with a different scent. So now I have to wait for cycle to finish and then throw in the softner directly onto sheets and then put on a rinse and spin cycle which just adds time to my washing. Otherwise fantastic machine

It has a blue navy mirror like finish that just looks like a blue marble carved right out of the mountains. Along with this beautiful finish it comes with minimalistic dial that controls everything. To make it even sweeter it has Wi-Fi connectivity built in so that I can monitor it through my phone. Once connected I can get alerts of the washing machine completing the washing cycle. With the peace of mind of Wi-Fi connectivity now I will less likely forget I have laundry in the washing machine. This machine with all its bell and whistles gives 25 preloaded washing option and plus 14 additional ones. I am happy that we made an invest in the Samsung Bespoke washing machine.

I bought this washer and its matching dryer and they both are amazing! You can even hook them up to your google and Alexa devices. They can even let you know if your cycle is done or if you need more detergent etc. If you use Alexa devices you can set it up to order your detergent once the washer notifies you that it's low. They are so many features that I cannot write them all. For anyone stacking the washer and dryer, the total height will be around 79 inches tall. I will update my review as time goes on. I added the pedestals for height and additional storage space. The features that I really fell in love with are: AI powered smart dial which is used to select and choose wash cycles and settings it allows you to customize your wash cycle list, Optiwash- can sense the soil level of the load and adjust detergent and fabric softener, WiFi - when the app is used, it allows you to monitor and select wash cycles from the app as well as monitor when the load is complete and Auto Dispense System which adds detergent and softener the wash as per your setting you only need to keep the reservoirs filled. A few other notable features are the drum is stainless steel and is spacious. It plays a chime when the machine comes on and when the load is completed. It also comes with Clean guard technology which has an antimicrobial additive for high touch areas on the machine. I added decals to my laundry set. I highly recommend this Samsung washer
