i initially questioned how the navy colored set would look in our home and was extremely pleased when it arrived. i’ve never used the word “beautiful” to describe a washer and dryer but it really is. i love its sleek and minimal design; it looks and feels supremely high-end. the drums hold a ridiculously amount of clothes. what would have taken me 3 loads using my old units, i can easily complete in 1 load using my new samsung. what i found really easy to learn was the option to operate the machines via smart phone. of all things that impressed me about this machine, i was surprised at how quiet this machine is. so quiet that i found myself checking on the machines or the app to see if it was still running.

The best part is having the auto dispense system... My 13 yr old has been doing his own laundry for a while, but he was also hesitant about pouring the detergent, so that was something we still had to help him with... but now, he can do his own loads from start to finish without our assistance. We also go through a lot of laundry/especially bed sheets, with my mother-in-law being bed ridden, we are able to do a full load without any problem since there is such a large capacity, our old washer would always jam and we would have to restart the load. As if there wasn't enough to say, the capability of delaying the start helps us to save energy during flex hours. And, just recently was able to save money with the steam function, instead of taking table linens to the drycleaners! Our house is truly starting to turn into a Samsung Smart Home and we can't wait to purchase the next smart appliance!!!

Its sleek modern design has changed the look of my laundry room completely. It's so simple to operate and yet it has so many functions. The best feature is the smart things app on my phone which allows you to customize the washing load and picks the settings for you based on type of clothes. It alerts me on my phone when my washing is done. As a busy working mom, I absolutely adore that future. The other good thing about it is energy saving. It uses much less energy than my old machine and saves me a dissent amount of money. I highly recommend this product for any family, especially big families like mine

To top it off the lower profile design along with a navy blue aesthetic really makes the laundry room feel modern and cohesive. As with all Smart appliances, reading up and following the best use and maintenance schedule will prevent many of the premature issues other commenters post. There are too many features to list here, but I suggest taking the time to learn all the features and wash cycles this appliance can do, you'll be amazed. Samsung thankful did not go with an oddly curved and bulging designs like many others use, With the form fitting shape, I added cabinets around these appliances and I love how easy and put together my home looks now.

Smart things app lets me know when drying is complete and I can start, from my phone. I have the green set and I absolutely love them. I can control washer and dryer from washer. Own a childcare it the best at small loads and a great sanitizer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this item about 2 months ago. Love the sleek look and the smart dial. I have yet to set up the app control. My only complaint is I wish I could alter settings on a specific cleaning mode. Some of them do not let you change the temperature/spin speed/soil level.

I've had this Washer and Dryer set for 2 weeks and its my first front-load washer. I feel like I should be in the "honeymoon phase" with these appliances but so far its just very, meh... the washing machine doesn't fill with enough water for my liking. When the cycle pauses before starting to spin in the opposite direction, I don't see any residual water at the bottom of the drum unless I'm washing a really small load. The clothes all appear wet but just doesn't seem like enough water to evenly distribute detergent on all of my clothes. The auto-dispense for Detergent and softener seems a bit too stingy. Unless I manually add Detergent, I don't see many suds (with the auto-dispense method). Theres also no place to manually add fabric softener so i have no choice but to use the auto-dispense for softener. When the dryer starts, the machine sounds pretty loud and bulky loads (duvet insert for example) are never thoroughly dry- but honestly, that has seemed pretty normal among other dryers too. So far, I'm not finding the benefit of having this new shiny washing machine, especially compared to the HE top load washer I had before this one or even a traditional top load with an agitator. The dryer seems pretty normal. Even my last, more modern, HE top-load washer adds more water to the loads and even with that machine, I felt like there wasnt enough water. If it's becomes more beneficial to manually load Detergent, then my 3 star rating will become a 1 star rating and I'll probably sell this set for better ones, with a different manufacturer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! It truly senses the amount of soil, the amount of water absorbed the type of clothes, and adjusts depending on these settings on time. I would only recommend for future products, to have more available auto dispensers as, in my case, I wash clothes with different detergents depending on its color. It would be nice have! But with everything else, I am totally pleased!
