[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an impressive piece of machinery, from the dark imposing elegant look to the technology to wash any type of clothing. I like the quality and craftmanship, the window is made of glass, it has light inside the huge drum. The settings to wash are easy to manage with multiple selections of water temperature, spin/rinse and soil level, it even plays music when the laundry is clean! It has a steam setting to fully sanitize clothes and bedsheets. It also has an efficient automatic dispenser for detergent, bleach and softener, so you do not have to add it every wash. The only problem I had is that I must stack them to fit and the stacking set was hard to find as this is a new model. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to wash like we are in the future!

All of my other appliances are Samsung and work with the app, so that has been convenient as well. The smart features actually work, and work well. I love the auto dispensers. My only regret is not buying the pedestals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using this washer for more than a month and i was pretty amazed how it works. Very quiet operation and very convenient smart things app. I love this washer. The only negative is there is small leak underneath the washer door. It's tolerable that you can just wipe it but it annoys me sometimes.

We bought both the washer and dryer less than a year ago. The washing machine started out okay, but within a few months became so loud it sounds like an airplane is landing in our house. It is absolutely unbearable. The dryer has never dried well from the start. Our old dryer that had rust on it dried better. The new Samsung dryer, nearly every load has to be run through twice or it's damp. Don't even get me started on blankets. We got this set for its larger capacity, so it can handle larger blankets. But any queen or king size blanket fails to properly rinse and spin in the washing machine. I have to stop the cycle after I notice it gets stuck on "spin" for 30 minutes or so. Then take it out, dripping wet and often soapy, untangle the inevitable ball it becomes every time, then put it back in on "rinse and spin". Then when I dry it, same thing. Untangle the inevitable "big blanket mass" these machines create without fail, and put the blanket back in. It is not unusual for me to have to put the same blanket in up to 3 times to dry it. I also agree with the review that the controls are not well lit. Even the power button is impossible to find in a room that isn't well lit because the lights don't even come on when the door is open. You'd think the door of the machine being open would automatically trigger the lights, even if only for a couple of minutes so you could see to start the load. Please don't bother with the obligatory "troubleshooting" reply. My problems with running these machines are not with my inability to operate them. These products are simply poor quality.

The washer replaced the prior Samsung, lasted over 10 years, and fits perfectly into the available space. It has all the bells and whistle from the prior washer - WiFI, AI OptiWash, Interior Led Light, Auto Dispense System. Frequently used AI OptiWash paired with Auto Dispense System to minimize water and detergent waste. AI OptiWash can sense load capacity and adjust water and detergent level appropriate for the load. The WiFi requires SmartThings App to manage device. Overall, have done over 50 loads since purchase and loving it.

Saved a lot of time using the AI optiwash to choose the amount of detergent and wash cycle, and then have it linked to wifi to send a phone notification when the cycle is complete. Also like the way it looks.
