[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great Washer. The sensor in this unit work really good. Water use seems to be minimal, but the cloths definitely come out washed. Washer will give you how long it will take to wash a load. The app is wonderful with this as you can get updates when the wash is complete. Clothing comes out more like damp and not soaking wet. I would definitely recommend this washer!

I would recommend, dont think go for it.. you will be happy!!!! the biggest feature for us is you can operate dryer from washer control!!! you do not need to reach to dryer control. best for my wife with short height :-D

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer and dryer as a package and I like them, other than the long time it takes to start the machine. Otherwise, it’s great. However, the customer service is awful, and is honestly making me partially regret getting any samsung products.

Stay away from this washer! Stopped working after only four months. Samsung came out and was unable to fix it. Took forever to get them out and then months more to get a replacement. When installing the replacement, installers caused a plumbing leak and Samsung refused to reimburse for the repairs to damage THEY CAUSED. Machine seems to be junk after detergent dispenser just arbitrarily failed. If that's not enough, Samsung service is the absolute worst. Impossible to get through, not helpful, no appeals process, and little regard for the customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AI technology takes the decision making away and does a fantastic job of cleaning my laundry while knowing just how much detergent to use and for how long. So far I am very pleased with the results, the only gripe to date would be how long it takes to release the locking mechanism if I forgot to add something once the load has began.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! It truly senses the amount of soil, the amount of water absorbed the type of clothes, and adjusts depending on these settings on time. I would only recommend for future products, to have more available auto dispensers as, in my case, I wash clothes with different detergents depending on its color. It would be nice have! But with everything else, I am totally pleased!

talk to a local technician you trust before buying Samsung front load. they are disposable after a couple of years, the warranty is 1 year NOT 10 years, and the service people get beat up so they are short and sassy. Samsung technicians don't like to travel more than a few KM's so find out if they even provide service where you live. Vendors should not sell these products

The initial installation was not done right and it broke the washer completely - tumbling and bouncing around. But Samsun replaced it with a new one and this one was installed correctly. So far we love this washer .. the AI OPTIWASH option is awesome ..

This was the largest non commercial capacity, it has steam dry for less wrinkles, it stacks, and can be operated by the washing machine while stacked. The stainless steel interior makes sure you have even drying and it has computer sensors etc. Should you have king sized quilts blankets etc. you found your dryer!
