[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Navy Blue Bespoke 5.3 cu ft. washer. It is large enough to wash king sized bedding. I shopped specifically for energy star appliances and I like that this washer is energy star. I bought the matching pedestal and it looks great in my laundry room. I have the smart things hub and pairing the machine was easy. I can program my settings in my phone and send to the machine.

This product is completely non-intuitive to use. The washer seems to wash clothes alright, though I haven't used it much because the dryer simply does not dry clothes. That said, the bleach compartment for the washer is wedged into the very back of the detergent drawer so that it is nearly impossible to get the bleach container close enough to pour bleach into the compartment without spilling it everywhere. But the real kicker is that this "smart" dryer has moisture sensors built in. If they do not sense moisture then the dryer does not heat. It just cycles on cold air. They heater works if items are wet, but once they reach a level of being damp, the heat turns off. I have tried towels, jeans, lightweight t-shirts, and everything in between, on all settings, to no avail. There is no way to over-ride this feature, so it just does not get clothes anywhere close to dry. With my old dryer (also a Samsung) I would sometimes put a towel in to warm it up on a cold morning so I had a nice heated towel when i get out of the shower. No way to do that with this dryer. It is just complete crap, and from what I can tell from having since read other reviews, it is not a defect, it is crap by design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Washer is large, the front loading is fantastic and the smart features and settings are fairly extensive...more than we have needed so far. It fits right in with all the other Samsung devices that we have gathered over the years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an impressive piece of machinery, from the dark imposing elegant look to the technology to wash any type of clothing. I like the quality and craftmanship, the window is made of glass, it has light inside the huge drum. The settings to wash are easy to manage with multiple selections of water temperature, spin/rinse and soil level, it even plays music when the laundry is clean! It has a steam setting to fully sanitize clothes and bedsheets. It also has an efficient automatic dispenser for detergent, bleach and softener, so you do not have to add it every wash. The only problem I had is that I must stack them to fit and the stacking set was hard to find as this is a new model. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to wash like we are in the future!

The design out the box is sleek and smooth with the stainless steal accents and the tempered glass door makes you want to show off your laundry room. My favorite features are the smart dial, the wi-fi, the design, & the auto dispense system that i use with my smart things app. The only thing i would add would be a pedestal and a little more illumination but other than that this is a unit that can do it all.

I was able to fit my King size quilt and it wash it perfectly and in no time. And love that you connect it to your smart phone to get notifications that wash is complete and ready for dryer and you can continue with the next cycle. No more leaving wet laundry in the washer.

The washer is super efficient with water usage and energy and does a great job with heavy loads and lighter loads. The flexibility in settings is awesome to use as well on a weekly basis!

There are several options to choose from specifically for our clothes like cold/warm/hot water wash, different spin modes. Very impressed with this product.
