Smoothest chocolate for dipping or covering… I even was able to use it in my chocolate fountain. It is easy to use a smaller portion and reseal in the bag. Melts quickly and evenly and hardened back on my strawberries to give a high gloss appearance.

The chocolate arrived in its own little personal cooler with an ice pack to ensure the chocolate didn’t melt while en route. Although the ice pack was not cold anymore, the chocolates were not damaged at all. I used the chocolates to make a delicious desert. These little wafers melted better than the chocolate chips I’ve used in the past. They are also very tasty, my kid eats them right out of the package.

So this is the first time I’ve tried melting wafers. I got the milk, chocolate flavored and decided to dip some pretzels and strawberries in the chocolate. The whole process is very simple. You just put some of the chips in a glass bowl. Melt them in the microwave dip your fruit or pretzels, and set them on parchment paper to dry. They actually hardened back up pretty quickly. They make for a really amazing treat, especially with sour strawberries. The flavor of the chocolate is really nice and smooth. My kids loved everything about this. It seemed so simple yet so satisfying. I will never buy chocolate dip strawberries again we will just make them at home.

Love these candy discs but the white discs are harder to melt, must add more coconut oil to them. I use them in candy molds. They remove easily from the molds. You must work quickly as the melted candy discs thicken quicker than the chocolate ones do.

These melting wafers melted smoothly and were very creamy with a velvety rich flavor. I used this to make chocolate covered strawberries, peanuts and mock smores. I was very impressed with the way they melted and stayed creamy the whole time. Would definitely buy again.

I melted the wafers in an double boiler pot then poured into a small coffee mug to dip small pretzel rods into. They melted and stayed creamy for me to dip about three dozen rod tips. The flavor of these wafers is closer to milk chocolate in my opinion than any other store bought melting wafer. I was most impressed with the cleanup. The melted wafers in my coffee mug and double boiler hardened upon cooling and very easily chipped off using a metal spoon and spatula. Other wafers much harder to remove and i have to soak awhile.

Once I had the back of chocolates in my possession I had to make something. I knew I had all the necessary ingredients for buckeyes so I went to work. I melted the wafers in a bowl over simmering water. They melted very easily. When I dipped the chilled peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate it had good coverage. I poured any leftover chocolate into some candy molds since I hate wasting food. After chilling we tried the buckeyes and they are quite good if a bit... rustic. The molded candies were good but a bit hard straight from the fridge.

These melting wafers are amazing! They melted easily. 50 seconds total in the microwave, and the chocolate was silky smooth. I used it for chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered pretzels. The chocolate tastes delicious, just like milk chocolate. It also hardens fairly quickly. My family enjoyed them!

Milk chocolate melting wafers. I imagine they melt well, and will provide hours of dipping enjoyment. I haven’t tried yet, but I can tell you they are an amazing snack. I popped them in the fridge and when the late night sweet craving hits I’ve been grabbing a few to munch. The flavor is great smooth and sweet!

Tried these melted wafers for a quick fun treat. They are super easy to take a small handful, pop them in the microwave and have a random amount of melted chocolate to dip fruit, pretzels or marshallows in. The chocolate dries super fast and even the ones that didn't look really pretty, dried very smooth and came out presentable. Its a great option for little ones, last minute party ideas or college kids in the dorms. The drawback for me -I wasn't crazy about the chocolate flavor, tastes like a Palmers type brand. I did see my husband stopping by the bag occasionally and taking a couple just for a chocolate treat.
