The melting chocolate is very easy to use. It melts very easily in the microwave as the directions say. Do not over cook or it will burn and get hard. If cooked correctly (39 seconds at a time) it melts perfectly. It’s very easy to dip fruit or make a nut cluster or hay stack using pretzel sticks. It also tastes good!

These have a creamy, sweet flavor and melt to a smooth texture, making them perfect for dipping fruits, pretzels, or marshmallows. They come in easy-to-handle discs that can be melted in the microwave without the risk of burning, which is a major plus for small hands working in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

These melt so easily!! My son and I made chocolate covered strawberries in less than 10 minutes! It was such a fun activity to do with my toddler and they tasted so good! My son literally wanted to lick the bowl with the leftover chocolates! They are very creamy, melt very easily, and super user friendly!

These melting wafters are a good bang for your buck. They are easy to work with and taste great. I even enjoy just pulling some from the bag and munching on them...it's a good quality chocolate, which I wasn't expecting. Following the microwave instructions on the bag, they melt well and are great for dipping. I'm used to working with the old school blocks of chocolate that have to be cut with a butcher knife and these are much easier to work with. I love that I can take just a few, melt them, and dip a few pretzels for a quick dessert. Give them a try...you won't be disappointed.

For many years, I have used the Dark (semi-sweet) Chocolate Melting Wafers which always performed beautifully (and deliciously) in my recipes. Sadly, the Milk Chocolate version now offered at Sam's is a huge disappointment. It is overly sweet and reminds me of the low-quality chocolate used in molded Easter Bunnies and similar confections - which may be fine for some customers - but this is a non-starter for me. Even the light color and texture of the chocolate wafers are disappointing. I hope that Sam's will bring back the Dark Chocolate variety and/or offer both versions for sale. I do not recommend this Milk Chocolate product.

The white melts do not melt. They seize every time

Wanted dark chocolate wafers but Sam’s doesn’t carry them now.

Please bring Ghirardelli dark melting wafers!!! Taste and smooth appearance so superior to the Members Mark replacement.

Not sure why they got rid of Dark chocolate ones and The Ghirardelli ones were the best! Bring those back!
