Creamy and Tasty

These melting wafers melted smoothly and were very creamy with a velvety rich flavor. I used this to make chocolate covered strawberries, peanuts and mock smores. I was very impressed with the way they melted and stayed creamy the whole time. Would definitely buy again.

Milk chocolate melting wafers easy for kids to use

These have a creamy, sweet flavor and melt to a smooth texture, making them perfect for dipping fruits, pretzels, or marshmallows. They come in easy-to-handle discs that can be melted in the microwave without the risk of burning, which is a major plus for small hands working in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

Perfect for baking, snacks, etc

I love using member mark chocolate wafers for baking and snacks. I have used it to make homemade trail mix (put the wafers directly in the mix) and have melted it down to make chocolate covered pretzels or strawberries or other fruit. They melt easily in the microwave and in a double boiler.

Yum yum

So this is the first time I’ve tried melting wafers. I got the milk, chocolate flavored and decided to dip some pretzels and strawberries in the chocolate. The whole process is very simple. You just put some of the chips in a glass bowl. Melt them in the microwave dip your fruit or pretzels, and set them on parchment paper to dry. They actually hardened back up pretty quickly. They make for a really amazing treat, especially with sour strawberries. The flavor of the chocolate is really nice and smooth. My kids loved everything about this. It seemed so simple yet so satisfying. I will never buy chocolate dip strawberries again we will just make them at home.

Great melting wafer for the price

These melting wafters are a good bang for your buck. They are easy to work with and taste great. I even enjoy just pulling some from the bag and munching on them...it's a good quality chocolate, which I wasn't expecting. Following the microwave instructions on the bag, they melt well and are great for dipping. I'm used to working with the old school blocks of chocolate that have to be cut with a butcher knife and these are much easier to work with. I love that I can take just a few, melt them, and dip a few pretzels for a quick dessert. Give them a try...you won't be disappointed.

Silky chocolate magic

These chocolate coins are thin, so they melt smoothly in the microwave. It takes only seconds to get a silky chocolate sauce for piping or dipping (dipping creates a thicker shell, IMO). But BEWARE! These taste so yummy straight out of the bag, you may see them disappear before they all get melted!

Melted Milk chocolate

The melting chocolate is very easy to use. It melts very easily in the microwave as the directions say. Do not over cook or it will burn and get hard. If cooked correctly (39 seconds at a time) it melts perfectly. It’s very easy to dip fruit or make a nut cluster or hay stack using pretzel sticks. It also tastes good!

Had to make some Buckeyes to try it out.

Once I had the back of chocolates in my possession I had to make something. I knew I had all the necessary ingredients for buckeyes so I went to work. I melted the wafers in a bowl over simmering water. They melted very easily. When I dipped the chilled peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate it had good coverage. I poured any leftover chocolate into some candy molds since I hate wasting food. After chilling we tried the buckeyes and they are quite good if a bit... rustic. The molded candies were good but a bit hard straight from the fridge.

Easy chocolate coverage ….

Smoothest chocolate for dipping or covering… I even was able to use it in my chocolate fountain. It is easy to use a smaller portion and reseal in the bag. Melts quickly and evenly and hardened back on my strawberries to give a high gloss appearance.
