[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the image on this tv is spectacular - no complaints and can't imagine needing anything more. But the streaming menu and navigation are pretty cludgy, with significant input lag and a frequent need to restart the tv to get it to do simple tasks. I have yet to figure out how to move more recently added platforms to the front of the line - very frustrating to scroll past things I have never looked at to get to something I use every day. I replaced a previous ‘dumb' Samsung and wish I had bought another one and just added a Roku stick.

With any Smart TV, having all your streaming apps in one place is very convenient, especially when using the easy-to-use app store. Multiple HDMI ports, USB port, Optical. Loaded with great optimizing features. Bought a Bluetooth Samsung Soundbar/Sub combo, the linking process was easy and seamless. I would highly recommend this TV for any streamer OR gaming customer (so anybody!)

The visual quality is great, as expected and I have no issues there. The only problems have been slight connectivity issues which are easily fixed through reconnecting.

The picture is still BREATHTAKING to me, and I've had it for almost a month now! I look forward to going home to watch TV because the picture is so crisp and clear - it feels like I'm actually in the scene! I am so excited about my TV that I'm going to surprise my mother with a Samsung Crystal UHD TV of her own! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV for many reasons. The size makes me feel like I'm at the movies - super immersive. It even does well in a sunny room without much of the typical glare thanks to the bright picture. The sound is loud and full, even with bass, something that other TVs this thin generally fail to deliver. The settings menu and apps are easy to navigate and use with the lightweight, minimal remote. The remote even controls my Amazon Fire TV Stick 4k Max via HDMI-CEC - super convenient. The overall design is modern with a tiny bezel so it almost seems like a high-quality picture just hovering in the air with my multi-axis wall mount, which was easy to install given its relatively small weight - if not for the awesome size, one person could easily lift it. While prices vary by region and retailer, I found it to be very affordable given all of its specs and features, not only compared to other brands in its class, but also compared to other Samsung models. I have other TVs in my home and office with similar specs from LG and Sony, but this Samsung is easily the best of them all. I highly recommend it for its great picture, wonderful sound, simple remote, overall design, and excellent overall experience. It is definitely best-in-class.

The good news that overpowers it was that the TV had Samsung TV plus which is good to replace cable almost replace it. The thing I wanted most on the TV was a voice controller so I don't have to type ever again.

Love the features, quick access to all my favorite streaming apps. “Screen Mirror” function has a quick, efficient, and beautiful picture. No lag. I especially enjoy the “Game Mode”. It's very immersive plus the Samsung soundbar I got as well keeps me excited for every game. Very easy to set up with other Samsung products to enhance your viewing and gaming experience. All the experience of a movie theater with the comfort of your own home.

I recently added an office onto my carport in order to work from home and needed a tv to go in it because it will function as a pseudo-man cave as well. I can stream all my services such as YoutubeTV, Netflix, etc and mirror anything I need to from my apple devices. The picture quality is amazing and the sound, which was great to begin with, is even better when paired with the Samsung soundbar and subwoofer.

I had a problem with the picture shaking and shadows appearing on people the tv has a program that can be set for cable box that deals with this type issue that was 2 months ago not a problem since I had it remotely set because I didnt know how . thanks samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since i got the TV for Fathers day, i been having issues. The TV is slow. The color contrast changes randomly. I had to reset it twice to put it back to its original form because turning off the TV does not do anything.
