likes: the picture quality and colors are amazing. i like the fact you have options with this as well. i was very to see most of the streaming apps i use when already set up. dislike: sound quality could be better. the remote is not practical and lacks voice commands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am mostly happy with this tv, it didn't come with very much internal memory so anyone loading apps on it may be disappointed. It constantly forgets the Roku device on HDMI 1 so I have to soft reboot it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The step by step set up was a bit challenging but once we paired our Samsung acct. and our Samsung phones with the tv device, it was easy peasy. This smart TV has so many apps already downloaded and the few we wanted downloaded took no time to search and find. Godzilla vs King Kong was our first movie streaming choice on HBO MAX. We took it off standard mode to watch in film making mode. The results for me was ultra clear just like being on the set. I like it's Alexa capabilities built in the system, just give a command without switching channels on the remote, something that takes time of getting use to, especially after having the option of the remote being downloaded on your phone. Overall we couldn't have made a better choice with the Samsung 4k smart tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv had horrible picture quality for regular cable use. No adjustments or changing hdmi cables helped. We returned the TV and went with a less expensive better quality brand. I would not recommend this TV to anyone.

Now we have 2 Samsung's and looking forward to our next which will hopefully be a 65 inch. Thanks for everything

Just like every other smart TVs, you can view tons of streaming contents from it, and not to mention that the picture quality is awesome. Besides all the standard features from a smart TV,I really like how easy it is to work with my Samsung S21 ultra. With a simple tap on one side of the TV using my phone, I can share my phone screen to the TV in seconds. Also with a few taps on my phone, my Tv becomes a computer via Dex. Last minute not least, it works quite well with Google Assistant. I can turn on/off without the need to look for the remote. If I have to say what it lacks, I am hoping the TV body can provide some simple buttons such as volume control. But this is not at all bothering me from enjoying this TV.

But this TV deserves an award. We got it because they originally didn't have our intended TV which was still Samsung but the curved TV version. Well they were sold out. I was disappointed but we had already planned movie night for our first night together in our new home as a family for once, so they offered this to me saying it was similar features, a like similar product ( I don't see how ones curves the other isn't, but moving forward) I bought it and went straight to my truck. ( side note as I was leaving the store, a couple was unloading their vehicle a TV to return and what do you know it was the first TV i wanted) I chuckled as if it was a sign saying that could've been me. Immediately opening the box I was blown away at the size of this TV. I'm a good 6 ft 2 so in comparison I was so intrigued by its size I had to play around with it. OMG. The clarity, the crisp sounds it produced, the colors stopped me dead in my track with a dumb look on my face jaw dropped and all I felt like a kid Christmas morning. I set everything up, tweaked it to our liking and it's been a blessing since. Samsung couldn't make a terrible product even if they tried. Everyone else needs to step their game up if they want a chance to compete. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself for once to something worth every penny spent.Haven't you been through enough ?
