[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Samsung tv lover. All my TVs have been Samsung because they last long and are of high quality. This tv fits rights in. It has great picture quality, amazing sound and the smart features are to die for especially the universal remote function.

beautiful tv; beautiful picture after much tweaking & updating; blurry at first but the update(s) should have remedied that. tv speaker is sub-par; i have a soundbar now which makes a big difference. cons: i do not like the interface; the apps are all over the place; very disorganized and cluttered. don't like the remote control! it's tedious to navigate. updating: there is an automatic update feature in your settings, but i went into samsung's web site to check for a possible download which there was, & you must save it to a "flash drive". make sure to unzip the files then insert it into your tv's usb port to load. though i am quite capable of doing this, not everyone is. it is an inconvenience. still it is a quality tv for the price and samsung is one of the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is really nice and looks good with a lot of cool features my only issue is that the remote has annoying input lag that really sucks. Luckily I mainly use the TV to play video games on my PS4 so I only use the remote for volume and input switching. So thank you Samsung and I hope I can win that sound bar.

This television is literally 6ft long so anytime a friend, or family walks into my living room they are blown away by its size. The tv is crystal clear, the sound is fantastic and I am so glad I bought it. Everything in my house is Samsung so I am one proud customer and I love all y Samsung products. Oh, sometimes scrolling through the apps can be a bit confusing because it's not so easy to know what app is being selected, but after a few tries, I figured it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV about 2 months ago. The price is great and the picture quality is fantastic for the price. I am loving the new Samsung Crystal UHD TV. The TV setup was incredibly easy through my Samsung Account on the Smarththings app. It was easy to connect with Airplay and Wireless connect to the Laptop. The built-in speakers produce really good audio quality as well, which was a pleasant surprise.

I just wish I could reposition the apps in my homescreen. Also wishing this model had Alexa built-in. But overall, this smart TV is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to purchase an adapter to connect my sony surround sound to my new tv. Sometimes the sound does not match the lip movement. If i turn the tv and sound system off and turn back on the sound matches up again. Is this a tv problem or am I going to have to purchase a new sound bar or sound system?

this tv has a clear picture and it was a good bargain (provided this issue is fixed). however, watching dark scenes in movies is impossible. i've tried everything from increasing the brightness and turning off the ambient light and eco-controls to following a youtube video about increasing some of the pulse wave modulation controls (that helped a little). the tv feels like it is trying to control every aspect of the environment which it obviously cannot do. this was my first samsung purchase after a sony; i'm pretty disappointed. other minor inconveniences - a remote that is not very intuitive, cludgy app downloading & features that sometimes don't work for whatever reason. this tv is either not quite ready yet or is just being dumped on consumers.
