Got this for Christmas!! Do not want to disappoint the person that got it for me but would rather have my old LG. While the picture is great the software is garbage. It's slow, the remote in my opinion has entirely too many buttons when thinking my other 3 TVs (Amazon fire, Roku) remotes are so seamless. I hit the button on my remote and it will shift 3 times to my one push. I've also noticed maybe a refresh issue on the TV. It's like there is a delay at times in processing whatever is on TV. Also do not like that you can not add additional apps or that Alexa is very limited in what she'll do with the TV. I will just be plugging a fire stick into and going back to that remote and software.

Plug and play style set-up, took less than 2 minutes to get cable and blu-ray set up for control by the TV. The Smart Things app for the phone instantly setup many of steaming service accounts. Picture quality is amazing with great flexibility in adjusting for various lighting situations. Also great that you can adjust picture settings for individual sources which seem to vary.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great TV. The smart features of the TV are very responsive and intuitive. Very easy to set up and looks great. Trim and sleek design. Apps and menus are very quick and easy to navigate. My only gripe with the TV would be some of the brightness/darkness issues which are very dependent on your ambient lighting.

Picture is beautiful. Remote sucks. On OTA broadcast and when using blue ray or cable box it is fine. But when you use a streaming service like Netflix or YouTube tv it is horrible, the stutter is driving me crazy! What is the point of selling a smart tv if the thing is garbage while running apps? The whole point of a smart tv is running streaming services. Looks great in store, then you see the great picture at home.... And then the disappointment sets in as soon as you see the stutter.

The sound quality is also great as even the smallest details can be appreciated. Also, works well with bluetooth. I found the size to be very versatile, it's great for either your living room or for a small room.

The borderless picture makes it seem even bigger than it is and there's not really a bad viewing angle. When I was a kid, this is what Captain Kirk watched on the Enterprise. Back then, we did good to have a 19 inch black and white TV. Good to show young people if you can dream it, your can achieve it. ❤️

The remote is very easy to operate and the streaming availability on them is fast and perfect. We use ours to watch normal television and also to stream movies through our dedicated accounts. We will only buy Samsung Televisions from here out.
