Getting everything connected to the tv and dish hopper was super easy. I found the prompts to connect Netflix and Amazon prime to be precise and efficient. Only issue we have had is with closed captioning, have not been able to resolve this just yet. Most likely we are overlooking the instructions. The quality of the picture far outweighs any minute complaint we may have. Next television I buy will also be a samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i like it. i fist bought 50" but when i mounted it on the wall it looked so small and measured it. it was actually not 50" it was about 44. so i returned and bought 55" which is around 50 inches real screen. i mounted it and kids are happy with new tv.

i would give five stars except when viewing the screen from the side the color is very faded. this is only when viewed at an extreme angle which is not common. other than that we love this tv. the smart universal remote control was a very positive change for our household. now we can operate everything we use and view with one remote. we are very happy.

Refrigerator and washer and dryer are all Samsung. But this TV is by far my favorite. Love the size and display and obviously the price and craftsmanship of this product by one of if not the best electronics manufacturer in the world!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how clear everything is and how at times the picture looks live. It also has great color. However I don't know why the sound quality is so low. Most of the time I have to turn it up to 100 and it's still not loud as it could or should be.

The hub for apps does run a little slow, TV remote uses IR which isn't the best. Overall still a great TV for the price. Samsung does make an overall great product for entertainment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this to replace my old tv, and it was incredibly easy to mount! The thin bezels on every side makes it look almost like a window, beautiful on my wall, and unlike most smart tv's, it's incredibly responsive to inputs, and it offers a beautiful UI. The picture quality is the best I've ever seen before on a tv that isn't absurdly expensive! Everything feels so smooth, and in a few years I'll gladly upgrade to another Samsung TV!

We needed a new TV for our bedroom and since we have always had a great experience with Samsung decided to upgrade our old TV with a new 43" Samsung Crystal UHD. The picture is fantastic. Its bright and the colors are bold. The clarity and sharpness are superb. We are extremely satisfied with our new Samsung TV. We highly recommend Samsung TV's to anyone who needs a new TV.

Well let me tell you with this tv I can see what he meant! Our son even mentioned how clear and vivid the colors were and he's 8 lol ultimately we're very happy with it thank you!
