[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid mid-range TV. I thought it'd be slow being android but it's pretty fast and has a much better UI than the legacy TVs. Picture quality is pretty sharp and even better when the content you play is in 4K.

For the money it's a very nice performing TV. As the TV goes, you won't be disappointed. While it works, that is. I can't really recommend the Crystal Series as there is way too many complaints for the same things. The Software is very buggy that firmware updates don't seem to ever fix. You'll lose Bluetooth connectivity often, you'll lose Soundbar connectivity often, the remote will lag often and a host of other bugginess. Mine went dead after just 15 months! It just went dead. All it does now is flash the screen on and off which means the LCD display component died. After just 15 months and 3 months past the warranty! This is Samsung, not xyz brand! I looked up reviews and found many people complaining of the same dead TV within 3 years. So, no more Samsung for me. Also, Sam's Club is using the worst shipping company on the planet for these large TV's. It's been a week and no idea where it is. Tracking has over 40 entries in 7 days and not one says where it came from, where it's been or where it is now. Nothing! No more buying TV's from Sam's Club for me! This Plus membership is not what I call "Plus".

we were very excited to purchase and mount this tv but less than 9 month later there is a dark black bar across the bottom and we had to get it serviced. they have to completely replace the panel. warranty was responsive but this shouldnt happen on a brand new tv. this is the second samsung tv i've owned with the same issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am truly enjoying my experience with the Samsung Smart TV that I purchased. The pictures are crystal clear, the sound is great and the graphics look amazing for my video games as well as the movies I watch. While everything is turning out to be better than advertised, the best part of my experience has been the initial setup. All I had to do was plug in the Smart TV and it did the rest of the work. In 5 minutes, everything was set and I didn't have to make any adjustments. Samsung went above and beyond on their product and I appreciate them giving me an awesome experience.

my son got me this tv because i complained about not being able to see my 34". i can see everything now. i noticed a scare on an actors face that i had never seen. i haven't really dealt with the different features because i have a fire stick. the only thing i don't like is that menu that pops up, i havae tried to get rid of it.

Lack of a phono jack for a new set of Sony headphones caused a week of running around to finally find a supplier that had an adaptor. Setting up the headphones via "settings" and "source" is also a bit of a rambling down the road type of experience. Have you ever heard of "keep it simple" for those that are not geeks i.e. about 80% of your purchasers. We eventually figure it out but you could sure make it a better experience. Just my opinion.

It's even more awesome when we watched the horror movie Friday the 13th we saw little detail we had not seen before you know with regular television.
