The vibrant colors show through when watching TV, it takes the experience to another level, we love watching nature shows and almost feel as if we've opened the door to this location. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was a little hesitant at first now knowing much about the Samsung Crystal UHD Smart Tizen TV, I was unsure about the Tizen part, but WOW this processor is fantastic and the Crystal Picture is fantastic even for me using the Wireless connection for streaming Holy Cow this thing is fantastic for the money. It's not an OLED but if money is an issue, this is a must if it is in your budget. Truly satisfied with this TV the Narrow boarder bezel around the screen is really present. As far as the remote, goes, there is a little bit of getting use to but it is way nicer that others in this Class, Glare can be an issue if this it to be positioned in a really bright environment, but then again what TV isn't? Would I put this TV up against Sony, or LG in a heartbeat, once again for this price point it is spot on

After hooking it up I turned to the Andy Griffith show and my jaw dropped. Who knew that a show that old could ever be that clear. On top of it being so clear, it is also a smart tv. I would definitely recommend this tv to anyone needing to upgrade!

it worked fine the first day i had it and wouldn't come on at all after that. samsung had someone come and fix it. i still have some issues. had to do a factory reset 3 times already because the colors get really bad. i like iot a lot when it doesn't mess up

The tv quality and sound on the tv once the settings are changed are perfect. My only complaint is it was a little difficult to configure my Apple TV to this device. It took a few tries for the tv to finally recognize the Apple TV was plugged into the HDMI ports.

It works great with all of the apps I subscribe to, & I would definitely purchase it again or recommend it to anyone. I have two Samsung TV, & they're both great. I've had no problems at all; I'm completely satisfied. Samsung makes a great TV.

Great TV for the price for sure. I had a much more expensive Sony before this one and really the only think I miss is the feature to permanently show the time in the upper right corner of the screen. To SAMSUNG: that would be a great software update!!

i was super excited about this telly. i purchased the mount and added on the additional $80 for professional instal. the telly arrived within a week of the order, and sat in its box, unopened, until the mount arrived about three weeks later. i didn't mind the long wait: its the holiday season and covid can cause more delays. anyway, today the installer arrived to mount the telly. it looked great. until it was turned on and horizontal lines were noticed running across about a third of the screen. so disappointed. i contacted samsung and they were great at coordinating a service call for the set to be repaired, at no cost. will report back after the service.

Error message says to make use apple device and tv ate using the same home wifi network, which has been confirmed. UTUBE runs airplay2 well, and screen mirroring works reliably.
