we lovevthe tv. great picture and samsung tv is very convenient. the only reason i fidnt give 5 stars is because the sound is terrible. no depth and sound tinny. i bought a bose soundbar to have good sound. my previous samsung lcd had a great doubdbar built into it.

It was very easy to set up. I am not a technical person, so I have not explored all of the "smart" features yet, but have not had any problems finding and using the features that I do want. I would definitely recommend this product.

I can play games on my PS4 and it runs smoothly the picture quality is beautiful and has multiple settings to adjust for different things like movies, gaming, and shows. Only downside, it is a bit slow when I use my remote, and has seemed to get slower the longer I've had it. I bought this TV less than a year ago so I expected a bit more from it. Occasionally I have issues with it not connecting to my internet and have to unplug and plug back in my TV completely. Overall it is good for standard streaming and gaming services.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really really like this Tv other than longer than listed input lag time which is making it difficult to run FPS games. Lag time on mine is running upwards of over 12-15ms!! Also it can be a bit confusing having a 60hz panel yet the dimming frequency is at 120hz! Why!!?? Constant screen flickering when set at those parameters. Maybe my unit is defective from the get go??? It is a great just "tv" if thats how you plan to use it. Step up a bit for a better gaming tv, but I still swear by Samsung electronics Period! I am a dedicated satisfied customer! They are the best no matter what!!

this tv is great as far as what im able to view ..graphics and things like that but the tv itself at tikes can just be irritating. i noticed if im gone for too long it will unconnect from the wifi and i have to unplug the tv for it to connect again and i know its not my wifi. its getting to the point where every single time i come home i have to unplug to tv and plug it back in for it to work and im over it , its only been three months that ive had it . ive also noticed the picture is a but grainy at times when i turn it on and so again i have to fo and unplug the tv for a clear picture. my tv is only a couple steps away but for the money my boyfriend paid for this tv we expect it to work properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm going on my second Samsung and I love it, the features and apps are awesome and easy to switch on the Samsung, I know it's going to last since I had my last one for over 10 years, it's clean and lightweight and has a minimal border, maximizing the screen of the tv. It was cheaper and larger with better specs compared to its competitors. I've had two other friends purchase the tv without my recommendation and they have loved it.

It's been the perfect TV for the perfect price. Even though it isn't 144hz, it's still great and is a fantastic display for next-gen gaming. The built-in smart apps have been a lifesaver as well. Super convenient that I can just access HBO Max or Paramount+ at any time with the press of a button. Overall, I just love this TV.

I couldn't believe how much sharper and clearer the picture is on my new TV. The BIG PLUS which I was not aware of until I set my new TV up was Samsung Plus TV. I couldn't believe all the free channels I was receiving. I have a Firestick for streaming, local channels by antenna, and Samsung Plus TV as a bonus. I have plenty of channels to choose from and enjoy the reception on all of them. I went from a 52" to a 65" and that was one of the best decisions I have made. I have never been wrong in purchasing Samsung products (TV, Washer, Dryer).
