was not expecting this tv to be as good as it actually is. i know the samsung name rocks but was still a little skeptical about a lower priced version. extremely happy with my purchase. i actually wasn't even aware that it had speakers, so that was just an added bonus for me.

replacing my 10 year old samsung 55" led 1080p tv that was in my bedroom. that tv rocked, nothing wrong with it, passing it down to the kids so they can game. i wanted to take advantage of the 4k content. the bad: the remote control. seriously! it's 2020 and you kept the same remote from 15 years ago! no voice control, same old school remote! i'd pay an extra $30 on this tv for a better remote. yes, you have an app, but it wants me to have my location to always on, i don't think so!

The frame is really thin so I rarely ever notice it, I just see a beautiful picture. I truly love how easily I can airplay from my entertainment boxes, laptop and phone; it truly makes streaming with airplay a breeze. It has Samsung Tv Plus which has channels like News & Opinion, Entertainment, Crime, Game Shows, Sports, Food, Home & Travel, Reality, Latino, International, Comedy, Gaming, Kids, Science & Nature, Sci Fi & Horror, Movies, Music with hundreds of live channels all for free with your Wi-Fi. With the included remote you have access to a lot of popular apps. too, I was also able to download even more apps. The picture quality is crystal clear. The sound is pretty good alone, but we do have a sound system also. There is 2 HDMI ports which is more than enough since you can access so many apps. I have my satellite plugged into one and the other is free. I believe I have covered most everything here. I don't think you can go wrong with this television.

I use my TV to stream all my favorite shows on netflix,hulu,primevideo, Disney plus and HBO max. I also use it for gaming on multiple consoles. Depending on which I'm doing I like that the TV switches mode to whatever would preform the best. Everything was easy to set up, when plugging in other devices to the TV it labels the hdmi automatically, there's no lag between TV and wifi .All movies and games look crisp and clear. I also love the fact that it connects with my phone and I can control TV if I misplaced my remote or a friend can share what's on their phone screen onto the TV. Overall 10/10 quality, setup, all of it.

I bought this TV in April 2020 and by August 2020 I already had a house call for technical support. They changed the LCD screen to a brand new one, however, 2 days later I experienced the flickering again .. Before buying this TV i had read the poor reviews but I wanted to give it a chance as its brand new. BIG mistake. The whole experience was terrible. The technicians that came to my house did NOT wear a mask and they were also very early for the appointment time i set up. I was out and planned my morning so that I would have enough time for me to be back in time for my booked appt. They were very early and i told them they are not supposed to be here, and they said yeah we were running ahead of time. I replied that they could have at least called, and completely disregarded it. I am overall very disappointed.

I customized the picture settings and the picture quality is beyond belief.My only problem was that after a neighborhood power outage, I could not get the TV to reconnect to the wi-fi. I reported the issue to Samsung and within a few days a technician came out to replace the network card. Now the signal is perfect.

It also has a feature with my Xbox that it starts It up for me when I start app from TV and I can use the remote with my Xbox as well. I love that it has web browser capabilities. When using with my Samsung S10 phone it is very easy to cast or connect with my phone to the tv. I have had my TV for almost 2 years now and it is just as amazing as it was on day one, no dimming or screen issues. I would highly recommend this product.

Very difficult especially if you're operating the remote in the dark, I have to turn the lights on to see because the pad does not light up which is very annoying . I wish I had a newer version.

i like everything about the samsung tv. the sound, picture, size are great with one drawback. the remote is poorly designed. buttons are way too close together and should be lit up for nightime use. one wrong button push at night and you are struggling to find a light to shine on the remote to get the correct button to find the original selection i wanted.
