I purchased this tv about a month ago and I'm very Ty glad I did. The pic is crystal clear. Picture perfect! The color is vibrant and beautiful. Work well with my direct tv streaming. Features are pretty cool. Has extra apps to downtown. The remote works great. It was delivered on time no delays. I really adore this set I'm very excited that I made the purchase.

I love that this TV provides me with a tv guide not only for my antenna tv programs but also for the Smart TV channels. A quick press of a button for apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Tubi, etc. I appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into this TV. Such as when I press the remote to turn the TV off, the pictures closes and the sound lowers to off. The remote has numbers, a tv guide button, and a back button along with many other features. I suggest the remote have a backlight for use during the night or while watching a movie in the dark.

Software is updated regularly. Picture quality is great. It works well with the Samsung sound bar. Great TV for the price.

The sound levels and video quality of this TV are great. The software interface could have been better but we do not have a huge complaint there.

My other one had some apps but nothing like this one and I have been very pleased at the ease of the learning g curve of using my Samsung TV. I love the vibrance of the colors. The TU7000 is one of Samsung's baseline TV models, but has a clear, crisp picture and great sound. I would recommend this TV to others who are looking to purchase a TV at a lower cost. I watch TV shows, movies, sports, and news on my TV and it is more than adequate for those things. The only con to this TV that I can think of is the confusing to navigate home screen when selecting apps to watch.

only but big down fall is when i want to stream something a day later i have to reset the tv by holding down the power button on the remote for a few seconds. guess the tv cant stay attached to the router to keep an internet connection over a few hours while its off. oh well, ill have to live with it i guess..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i may have gotten a 'bad' one, but i was very disappointed with the picture. it was washed out. nothing rich about the colors. i played around with all the picture adjustments, and the expert adjustments, and occasionally could get a good picture, then when i changed the channel, i had the same problem all over again. i've heard a lot of good things about your tv's, so i think maybe i got a lemon. i took it back and bought another brand.

My only complaint is there is no way to access alexa with the universal remote,and if i use both remotes the picture quality is dull using the firestick remote.however picture quality is great if I just use the samsung remote.
