[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV is a great investment and must have, as Samsung has proven to have reliable and long lasting products. The picture quality and clarity is amazing from any viewing angle, whether sitting directly to the side or lying down . The setup and menu settings are easy to navigate, and accessing streaming services and apps are even easier to access. The Samsung and Smart Things App was a pleasant surprise as it connects your Smart TV, phone, remote and other smart devices together to make life so much simpler! Lastly, the complimentary access to Samsung TV Plus is a great add-on. Extremely happy and pleased with Samsung and my new TV!

i purchased this samsung 55" because i have the 42" samsung nonsmart tv in my bedroom and had excellent experience. this is my very first smart tv. picture is excellent and sound is impressive. set up was easy through the settings on the tv. tried using the smartthings app on my iphone and it would not work. being my first smart tv, i'm not too impressed with the software. my 42" with amazon firestick takes 2 seconds to load. the 55" takes 15+ seconds to load hulu, netflix and prime tv. sometimes hulu does not load and goes back to previous screen. the only way i have found to fix it, is to turn off tv, unplug the power for 20 seconds then plug back in. the remote doesn't always select what you want. if the software and remote issues could be fixed then i would have given this tv 5 stars.

I bought this a few years back. Have had good luck with it. Bought a much higher price Samsung but took it back and bought this. Picture is great. Save your money and get this one. Remote isn't as nice as the higher priced one but you will save enough to buy 2 more of these TV.

Once the set up was done, all the streaming aps which I normally use were installed on the home page. The picture was clear and and I can notice things which I was unable to notice with my regular TV. I should have bought two of them, just don't have the space. If I were to buy this again I would definitely buy the same TV, I could not believe how clear the picture is and the detail I was missing before. I would recommend this product to anyone. Now my brother-in-law wants to buy one.

I would love to switch all of our TVs to Samsung but with inflation and medical circumstances its on hold until our income is steady. I also love the sleek design of the remote control which makes it easy to store away during family time.

I kept comparing every brand and model but at the end of the day, I wouldn't trade this tv in for the world now. It's crisp, so easy to use (set up was also a breeze), and the sound is impressive as is. Wrote this review cause I literally can't think of any cons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We utilize as the main tv for streaming in our family room. The picture is very good. We use a sound bar connected thru the arc hdmi. Only issue is we cannot use our external headphones and the speakers at the same time. No external sound connection except for hdmi. All connections are either/or and not both.

I even enjoyed watching a movie a 2nd time to see the difference on this TV and WOW! I highly recommend this tv.
