[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the remote is easy to use with its special keys to netflix and samsung tv... the apps are great and include all what you need to watch on tv. the internet browser is the best tv browser i ever use before on other tvs. the connections between other systems and the tv are easy like from my phone to it. the picture in high definition are more better than my other tv which is 1080p only. this 4k enhance the pictue to look like 4k.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was time for a new Entertaining area. What a difference this TV makes in the space. Once I dialed into the settings, it is perfect for movies and sports. Now everyone wants to come over for the big game.

i would have given it 5 stars but sometimes the sound just goes out and we have to turn the tv off and on for the sound to come back on. it looks like the people on the tv are in the same room with us. the picture is incredible. now if we could get an update or something so the sound quits going out, i could change my review to 5 stars. i haven't noticed any features that i could mention.

love samsung products and their integration. have other samsung tv's, phones, appliances, but have to say, the sound on this tv is absolutely terrible. you would think that all these years, they would make a sound system that could hold the volume based on output. this one, is very low sound, even with the amplify option set. our other samsung tv is much louder and clearer than this, but is smaller and older. with all these slim tv's, rear facing speakers is always a drawback, especially if you are not directly up against a wall, but this one, is just a fail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this TV recently and it has been working great for last 7 months. Absolutely no issue. Picture quality is great. Very easy to setup. I am able to Airplay from Macbook and iPhone. Also may apps are available on the store so no need to purchase any additional dongle or hardware to watch on this Smart TV. I am very happy that we made our choice and brought this home.

Our previous TV was a 55" Samsung TV from 2010 and is a bit outdated with the technology and features on it., I really likes the SmartTV features. Being that we don't have cable service, Samsung TV Plus comes in handy. Several free channels at your fingertips using internet connection is perfect for her. Jack Hanna's Wild Countdown is my favorite channel. I also compliments the quality of the picture and the thin trim around the border of the TV.

The TV system sound is good but works much better with Samsung sound bar system. Their customers service is amazing and responsive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is wonderful, good picture, great sound, and lots of apps. But when I turn it on, it on, it always defaults to an app or something that I have plugged in that I do not want, and I have to navigate to the app that I want. I have also so far been unable to download a couple of apps that I really want installed. And I think there should be more USB ports on it (also need to be more accessible, the back of the TV is hard to access) so that I could have a keyboard plugged in for searches and downloads at the same time that I have my hard drive connected. Still glad that I bought the TV that I did.

this tv has a really good picture , was easy to set up and i don't really have any issues so far .the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was i didn't like the legs being so far apart. i don't want to buy another tv stand. i only had this tv for a week so i will see.
