[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and sound on this TV are amazing, I greatly enjoying the apps that are available although I have had some issues with some apps not being available. Some issues I have come across are that very frequently when I go to download an app it stays stuck at 0% and fails and I have to manually reset the TV by holding the power button on the remote. This happens every time I download an app which becomes extremely annoying to do. Another issue I have is the general lag with the operating system that is on the TV. I have a roku TV in my other room and there are no such issues with this and the interface is very crisp. I know you guys can make this much more amazing than it is. In all, picture quality and sound is 10/10 and the App Store and operating system is a 6/10. I swear by your brand and recommend it to anyone who is in need of a TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely satisfied with my samsung tv. The picture is incredible, and I get all the features I love and more. Overall samsung makes the best TVs money can buy. They never disappoint, especially this model.

this tv has an awesome picture and all of the hype in the marketing is absolutely true. it was easy to set up and works great like with my voice assistant...i use bixby with smartthings and also google assistant. my only gripe, and reason forn4 out of 5 stars is that i cannot download the smartthings app to the tv as in other models. i don't need the.vouce assistant on the tv, i'm not asking for that, but i would like to have a functional smartthings app and this model does not allow for that...if it actually does, maybe someone can enlighten me as to how to get it....do not tell me to set it up thru st or update the firmware or search on the apps section....all have been done to no avail.

the pucture quality is great but the one remote does not work well. it was able to connect and find my cable company and then all of a sudden it dropped out. now i have to use both the cable and the tv remote to work the tv. i'm also not a fan of the interface of the tv. the operating systems is very confusing and not user friendly at all. ive tried to resest the whold system and start from scratch and it still wont work. i also dont like how evertime i hit the guid button it goes to samsungtv.

i have only had it a couple hours but everything installs so well and the picture and sound are wonderful. the system links to so many other devices. all of it works flawlessly and i am an older man doing all this alone. so easy!!! i do wish there were a couple more hdmi links but i can work around that.

only one year parts and labor? ridiculous! i bought this tv on 08/22/2020 and loved it - great picture, great sound, great size for our wall. then on march 3, we were watching the news and the screen flickered, then black screen of death. tried the troubleshooting on this site, no go. called the closest repair shop - it would take 2-3 weeks before it would be repair (if it could even be repaired) and would cost us more than what we paid for it. do not waste your money. i thought samsung was a quality company with quality products. i am severely disappointed and will not buy a samsung product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I retired a decade ago and wanted a Smart TV with access to internet, when I realized my laptop computer was dying and I was concerned that I couldn't afford both a TV and a computer on my fixed income. I share my computer knowledge voluntarily with other seniors and it's easier to teach internet basics on a 50" screen. My Samsung Smart TV interacts with my S20 5G phone, so I can use the DeX app without attaching my DeX Docking Station. This is perfect for viewing items on large screen instead of a smartphone, tablet or laptop. While I see enjoy viewing my streaming apps, photos and videos; this TV has allowed me to enjoy my favorite naturescapes, music apps and YouTube videos with friends and family. I also had the pleasure of seeing my great nephew make football history at his high school online by connecting with live streams of his games. Never thought I would use a TV to attend a graduation or funeral but this TV kept me connected during the quarantine at the start of the pandemic. The picture is so large and clear it looks like the people on the news are speaking directly to you. Even old movies and TV shows look great. I used to have cable but couldn't afford it and changed to OTA antenna and internet router. The picture is even better now without cable. Thanks to SmartThings, I can turn the living room TV off from my bedroom; if I forget to turn it off beforehand. I really enjoy having this TV. It has improved my quality of life.

The display looks amazing the 4k hdr really puts me a step ahead other the competition when I game, every little detail is crystal clear. When I stream movies the wifi capabilities of this TV keep it running at 4k and never drops. You can see everything that happens in the back ground. There's no need for a sound bar as the speakers are out of this world. With the quality of the display and speakers it really makes it feel like you are in the movie.

I use it to play with my ps4 and the graphics are great, without a doubt the best purchase I made this year, I already have 1 months with it and I have not had any problems, apart from being super thin, it is incredible
