[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave my previous Samsung (55 inch UHD 3D smart tv) to daughters of our friends who are moving out together for the first time. I wanted them to have a quality tv for their first Samsung. My wife bought the 65" Crystal 7000 as a replacement for the 55". I would like to have had the new QLED but because of the price and due to the pandemic, I couldn't afford it at this time. Hopefully that will be my next Samsung as we won't buy any other brand.

The picture quality is just awesome. When paired up to smartthings, you get alerts and a remote on your phone. Just an awesome tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm going on my second Samsung and I love it, the features and apps are awesome and easy to switch on the Samsung, I know it's going to last since I had my last one for over 10 years, it's clean and lightweight and has a minimal border, maximizing the screen of the tv. It was cheaper and larger with better specs compared to its competitors. I've had two other friends purchase the tv without my recommendation and they have loved it.

we bought this tv thinking it would be an upgrade from our older 65” samsung. however, it was no better and image was the same. honestly, not overly impressed for it being an upgrade from our last model. works fine, just doesn't seem to be better quality.

I couldn't be happier. Watching movies in UHD and playing games great sharp picture and sound. Local tv and I love the Samsung Channels with guide.

The picture quality is just unbelievably amazing and I can't even begin to explain what gaming is like. Everything on here is so detailed quality on everything. No issues since.

Only issue so far is that the apps occasionally don't load for some reason. Turning the tv off and on usually solves it and other that that it has worked great

This is my 3rd Samsung smart TV I've purchased and all my cell phones have been Samsung Galaxy starting with the 5, and everything after that have been the Note Series, 7,8,9,10 and now the Note20. I DECIDED TO TRY A SAMSUNG INSTEAD OF THE LEG BASED ON THE COMPARISON OF FEATURES. THE ONE FEATURE THAT I REALLY LOVE ABOUT THIS SAMSUNG MODEL IS THE ABILITY TO MIRROR MY APPLE DEVICES WITHOUT NEEDING AN ENGINEERING DEGREE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. THE OTHER FEATURE I REALLY LIKE IS THE EASY SETUP FOR THE BLUETOOTH SOUNDBAR. A+ ON THESE. IT IS VERY EASY TO OPERATE AND SETUP AND I REALLY LIKE THE PICTURE, CLEAR, SHARP WITH THE 4K RESOLUTION.

The video games always look magnificent when we play on there and it's got great volume control as well. The features are great and really allow you to change the settings to adjust for your eyes and ears so it really feels like it's made for you.
