[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really glad I purchased the Samsung 64inch crystal tv, I love the feature, the colors are bright and vibrant, the size is great, I also like the apps that came with it, and that I am able to download additional apps, when I am watching his Samsung TV, 65 Inc, feels like I am in a movie theater.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 10 year old 55in Samsung after a lightning strike and figured we might as well upgrade to this mammoth. We have owned this for almost a year and I couldn't imagine downsizing back to something smaller. This model doesn't have local dimming zones like the series up, however is still amazing. We watch a ton of movies and also game with an Xbox Series X. It swaps back and forth to game mode when needed for lower latency. Its been a solid tv and great experience so far 👌

I specifically sought out a decent smart TV, the 4k is a lovely resolution bonus that I've been very happy with. It was incredibly convenient to open up Netflix and other apps right from the home screen without having to turn on another console to do it - though it's worth noting that Netflix doesn't always play nice with this TV and sometimes you have to start it a couple times for it to work. But overall a great TV

After about 3 months and an update the tv started to power on when I'm not home or sleeping. Not good when I'm trying to budget and keep my bills at a rate I can afford. Otherwise great t.v

I was pleased with the packaging and size of the TV. I was very excited to know that I could download popular apps I use and was able to plug my Firestick in another room. The only app it doesn't have that I use often is Bravo :(. I am not pleased with the volume function. It changes after I pause, rewind or open different apps. Not sure why that is happening. I also wish the home ticker option was more user friendly. I don't know how to edit what is on the home menu. Also the TV has been known to not play Prime movies or just sporadically exit during play. I LOVE the special access to Samsung TV and have enjoyed several our the free shows. The picture quality is good. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives so I am satisfied but not overly happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the TV for my wife so she might be able to understand television due to her be deaf in one year and about 3/4 deaf in the other. We don't even have a very large bedroom but the audio from the television was almost unbearable to watch even with captions it sounded like everybody was talking with a sock over their head now once I sink the Bluetooth bar to it the issue was resolved. Did enjoy the Bluetooth dual audio that actually worked great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say anything bad about this TV - it works, is the perfect size for our home, it's got beautiful color, the refresh rate works awesome with my Xbox, and it's a smart TV. Will a more expensive TV be any better? For me? Nope, this one is perfect!
