[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my husband for Christmas and He/we absolutely love this tv. The picture is vivid and crystal clear. We have a surround sound hooked up to the optical and the sound is amazing. It is a smart tv and we had no trouble at all in connecting it to our WiFi and it actually works better on WiFi than the smart tv we have connected in the same room as our modem and router. I debated a while on which one I wanted to get for him as we have always gotten A different brand tv, but I am so glad we got this Samsung tv, it was a great choice. The only thing I don't like about it is that you cannot control the volume with the tv remote if you have sound hooked through the optical input which really ain't that big of a deal since the surround has its own remote.

The picture is great though audio can leave you desiring something better. There are times when I think the tv processor is very slow and the remote responsiveness is poor. When moving between apps a single arrow push often moves double. But for the most part it's dependable and cost effective.

I have friends and relatives that own different brands and when it came time to get another tv I only wanted another Samsung. The menu is very simple and setup was a breeze. The integrated apps and buttons on the remote are a great feature. The Samsung TV Plus is just another amazing reason to have them be your only brand. I don't pay for cable or satellite and the content of programming they provide couldn't be any better. You will be very happy with a Samsung TV. If I need another tv and when I replace this one I will look for another Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the picture quality of this TV. It's amazing 4k picture is stunning. Few issues with it. It's very slow to respond to the remote, the lag can be annoying at times. Another issue is that sometimes it doesnt download app- and you have to unplug tv for that to work. Speaking of apps, the tv has very little memory storage so i cant download all the apps that i want want once. Verdict; buy this tv if you like good quality pictures. But if you have a lot of steaming apps, you'll have difficulty downloading and storing due to low storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the overall tv for the price is tine. sound isn't great but not bad. the challenges are the remote control is a problem. and it does not integrate well with my cable (fios) so when you hit the guide, no information is given. and if you have any glare, forget it. you can not see anything. and it wil not allow you to change the size of your picture (no zoom etc). what you see is it and it will not change. again for the proce it is fine, but far from ideal.

It's pretty sharp and great for use with all the Zoom conferences now replacing in person meetings during the pandemic.Also reduced the need for close up glasses when reading my emails without feeling strain on my eyes (no screen fatigue felt even though monitor only 24 inches away and no annoying pixels either)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv was reasonably priced. As always, Samsung hit home with the screen and bright picture. Had it now for over a year. Love it. Truly only issue is hdr is too dark at times. Samsung has tried to fix it by few updates which helped. Hopefully they do fix it. Cuz then it'll be 10 out of 10!

picture quality is awesone. but thats the only good thing i have to say about the tv. it is super slow weather your switching apps or trying to scroll through a guide it just wont keep up with the remote. i have a 60 inch hisense (roku) upstairs and it is lightyears better then this tv. the android app on it is terrible.
