the television arrived with one hd port not functioning. the sound system has to be turned to 46-59 to hear. my previous samsung volume was 9-15. can't see when a movie in in a evening scene. went to adjust brightness it was already at the brightest setting. tried different modes and that does not help. only had this television since february and the one hd port working has failed 4 times. i get it working by unplugging and plugging the cord back in. having been a faithful owner of the samsung brand for many many years this experience has changed my mind.

This TV has it all and the smart plug in feature that it has is really great too. Plug in your Xbox, Sonos or cable box and the tv recognizes what it is and you can even control some of those accessories with your Samsung remote. I am not sure I will by another brand after this.

It give you a user friendly Home Screen and makes your streaming experience enjoyable. I did not struggle to find what I was looking for. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a fan of Samsung products. I currently own five Samsung televisions, one Samsung stove, and a Samsung washer and dryer. Also, I have a Samsung cell phone. I purchased a television as a replacement for a 32 inch television I had in my computer room. Before making this purchase I did read the reviews and I did look at YouTube videos reviewing the product as well. The set up of the TV was very easy. The picture quality is excellent. I really recommend anybody who's looking for a 4K television to seriously consider the Samsung brand. The sound quality is good. I did add a small sound bar to the television so I can have a more immersive sound. It adds to the experience if you want to watch a movie. It comes loaded with A lot of apps installed. You also have the option of adding apps that you don't see on your home bar. Another thing that I love about the TV is the Internet channels that you can access free of charge. Overall is excellent television.

The picture is clear but that's the only positive. The remote is way to many unnecessary buttons and the set up is confusing. Not user friendly. I've had TV for 2 months and am returning

I'm so disappointed. We bought this TV at the store literally talking about how we trusted the Samsung brand. Two weeks later, the TV has started to randomly act out. It will cut the sound, replace it with a weird stuttering and won't respond to the remote. The only solution is to unplug it and turn it back on. I'm so thankful we're still within the return period and we didn't put the effort into putting on the wall yet. We'll be returning it and purchasing something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always been a fan of Samsung, had a few of other big brand but so far Samsung has broken every record for me, love to stream lots of movies, documentaries etc and never let me down, colors are wonderful, I manage how to set the sound and once I did it's spectacular, have a smaller version in my kids room but he comes often for the big screen!! Thank you Samsung keep up the good work (planning for the next change already)

My teens love the apps and the ease of use....I love the picture when I'm catching my favorite Chicago teams play. Very nice flesh tones when I'm catching my favorite series as well.
