[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit that I didn't think I would even be using the smart features on this tv because I had a ROKU, but I was wrong. I use these features all the time, as a matter of fact I am using the internet right now to write this review. Not only is this tv packed with features, it allows for the connection of external devices to make using this tv even easier. I connect my MX Keys keyboard, mouse, and many other devices to my tv all the time. I am using my keyboard and mouse now to write this review. This TV is so versatile, with the ability to adjust the picture according to what you are watching, to adjusting the equalizer for the internal speakers to get the best sound possible. Speaking of sound, this TV is also bluetooth capable so you can also connect your favorite headset, earbuds, or headphones and watch what you want to w/out disturbing anyone in the house. This feature is one of the many reasons why I picked this TV. There isn't enought room to write a review that would cover all the features and options this TV has and offers. If you buy this TV you won't be dissappointed, I know I'm not. I also want to say, with having a ROKU device already and already having it up and running I didn't think I would use the streaming features on this TV, but it was super easy to set up and I was wrong, with the push of a button, I am watching the Weather Channel, or switch, and I am watching Netflix. Like I said, I am very very impressed with this TV, and it's features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for gaming and video. The sound it puts out is amazing, it doesn't need a sound bar unless you'd like surround sound. The picture quality is top notch. The streaming services available seem to be pretty well, so you don't need an external source like a router or firestick. I use a ps4 pro for gaming and everything is great with it.

We use this TV mostly for Blue Rays and internet TV. The picture with Blue Rays is amazing. Vivid and clear with great detail. For the price it can't be beat. Was a bit concerned at first. Had the TV connected to the modem by a network cable but showed updating system for the rest of the day. Next morning everything was fine. We have a good broadband connection so I was surprised how long the updated took but all fine now.

tv was used in a media room and light to moderate use. initially tv would struggle to start up and if turned off and on several times it would startup normally but eventually tv failed for good. tv tries to startup but gets stuck at the boot up screen and continually cycles through showing samsung powered by tizen then blank screen and then tizen and the blank screen- you get the picture even if i don't get a picture. first time samsung has let me down.

The sound constantly has to be turned up and down while watching a program. The voices get really quiet, so you have to turn it up to hear what they're saying. The music and noises get very loud, so you have to turn it down.

However I would prefer a more user friendly home page and application. Remote has great push button features but application could use a little work. Overall satisfied with my purchase

The picture is so clear that it almost seems as if you are in the movie, show or game. This is by far the best TV I have ever bought especially at such an amazing price.
