We purchased this TV for our new home and it is great. The picture is very clear and it sounds great. I love that all the apps are easily accessible and it's easy to switch in between them. We actually purchased a Samsung sound bar to enhance the sound and they work perfectly together. Would definitely recommend this TV.

First the delivery was a week early. Second the delivery men proceeded to open the box on my request to see if screen was broken. I did tip them. The set up was easy. The picture quality is fabulous. I calibrated the picture from online recommendation from CNet and Google. Sound is ok but I have surround sound so I'm good

It's Been a few months now, and for some reason out of the blue I'm having connection problems, apps are slow, while on other tvs in the house it's fine. I also wish there was a way to pause Autoplay when you turn on your tv, when you turn it on it will start playing Samsung tv, and I'm like, whoa settle down. I also wish you could delete apps you don't use that are predownloaded. The picture is great, I fell in love right away, but those are some issues I wish were fixed

Stunning picture quality. My apps load & view with no fuss. I'd love to give a 5 star rating, however, the need for THIRTEEN individual steps, via the TV remote to connect my S#ny bluetooth wireless headphones is abysmal. When I connect the same headset to my iP#d, all I do is power the headphones on & THAT is IT, the iP#d does the rest. You seriously need to improve on this.

We bought this tv at the end of December of ‘21 and in the middle of June ‘22 tv just stopped working. Will not cut on or shows no lights that show a source of power. Called Sams and they said to contact Samsung. Samsung set a appt for a repair man to come. One week later no word from repair company I called for a update to be told they were short staffed and didn't have anyone to fix it so they canceled my service. Now Samsung is saying they are very short staffed and would let me know when they could find someone to come fix the tv. It's less than 6 months old completely dead and it seems I'm out of $700 plus dollars. So basically it seems this is a ongoing issue that they know about from previous reviews I have seen and won't stand behind their warranty. At this point I want a refund and look to purchase a new TV brand and from another store who will stand behind the products they sell.

Wasn't expecting much from a Samsung product, but was pleasantly surprised! Gorgeous picture, native apps are easy to use, and remote is very intuitive. Only negative is there are only 2 hdmi ports. In todays day and age 3 should be th absolute minimum. However overall I am tremendously satisfied almost a year in and will definitely be buying more Samsung in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this Samsung TV with the Samsung Plus feature. It is so easy to find movies and programs we want to see. We especially love CineVault, and have recommended this TV to all our friends and family.

i unboxed the tv, turned it on, was super confused by all the ads and apps that were preinstalled. i finally found the app store. found the spectrum app to download, select “download”…. error popup shows reading, “ not enough room. consider creating some space by removing some apps.” i checked the setting and sure enough it was 90% full i proceed to the 78 preinstalled apps select “sling” click delete…. error popup shows up “basic set of apps on your device annot be deleted”. all that to say, this isnt a normal smart tv, its a tv that samsung uses to push their software as a service and if you dont use their service, they will make it painful until you give in and get their services.
