[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV due to the fact that I wanted to play with my new XBox and I had a really outdated tv that was hurting my eyes. The games look crystal clear! When I tell you I was BEYOND happy with how everything was not only sharp and colorful but it was adjustable to my liking as well. I use it for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ as well. At first, the tv seemed too smart because it was new to me, but it is pretty easy to use. I also bought a 65" for my mothers room, which it seems it was more for my dad (Lol) but honestly I have no complaints!

difficulty in setting up hbomax app .. not already loaded like the netflix, hulu, vudu, tubi, or internet browser. at&t technicians do not know what to do. finally got hold of samsung support through text chat. he walked me through samsung tv settings and following his instructions finally got hbomax app loaded. they should automatically load hbomax app like other apps or put in a large flyer with step by step instructions how to load the hbomax app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and sound, but the best feature is the incredible simplicity of connecting other devices.I can connect my MacBook Air with one click, including both picture and sound-both are outstanding, the sound on the Samsung is better.Zoom and Go To Meeting are an entirely upgraded experience.I can actually read Excel spreadsheets without having to increase the size so much that most of the worksheet is out of view (like in the MacBook Air).Connecting to Amazon and Netflix is also simple.This is the easiest set up of any TV I have ever owned.

The only part of am not fond of is that we a movie is showing a panoramic view of countryside, it looks likes it warped. I use the tv for watching movies and shows. I do not do gaming or the like. our brand new 55 inch samsung crystal tv is fantastic. we are very happy with the product. the stand should be in the middle of the set instead of 2 sets of chicken legs. it is a huge inconvenience if you do not have the proper table. that's an additional cost. enjoy!

I never thought that picture would be so vivid with the different shades of color! The colors really defines the picture making it more real. It makes you feel like you are in the scene.
