This tv is awesome, I had a 55 inch curved Samsung TV for the last 5 years, and the software upgrade alone on this one is 10 times better. It's so easy just to swap from your tablet or phone to the TV back and forth for watching and streaming. The menu set up is pretty straightforward and the Wi-Fi is strong. Coupled with a Samsung sound bar it's awesome! Thank you

We have movies that range in age from the 80's all the way up to current. No matter which movie we pop in, this TV has incredible quality. The speed and graphics are better then any TV I've ever owned. This TV is also compatible with all of our devices. Our tablet, both my husband and my phone, and it has all of our favorite streaming apps as well. No matter what we feel like watching or doing, this TV does it beautifully. We also live out in the country and don't have reliable wifi. If we want to watch a streaming service we have like Netflix or Disney+ it's as easy as casting to the TV so we can simply run off of our cell signal. This is absolutely my favorite TV I've ever had, and we plan on upgrading to all Samsung TVs in the future.

only one year parts and labor? ridiculous! i bought this tv on 08/22/2020 and loved it - great picture, great sound, great size for our wall. then on march 3, we were watching the news and the screen flickered, then black screen of death. tried the troubleshooting on this site, no go. called the closest repair shop - it would take 2-3 weeks before it would be repair (if it could even be repaired) and would cost us more than what we paid for it. do not waste your money. i thought samsung was a quality company with quality products. i am severely disappointed and will not buy a samsung product again.

Within 10 minutes of it being out of the box wifi and Alexa were set up. The Bluetooth head phones feature was the reason I selected this model and it was also easy to setup and used often with no issues.

It feels very sturdy on its leg stands and comes with clips so you can clip your cords down to the legs to prevent messy cables. The remote is just the right size, slim and comfortable to manipulate. I've had this TV for 4 months now without any problems. In my opinion, it is user friendly and has a plethora of apps you can choose from to enjoy your favorite streaming services. It also includes free service to Samsung TV Plus. Overall, a fantastic product!

this tv replaced a 8 year old samsung we were so pleased with the last one we bought another and it does not disappoint. beautiful picture , crisp clear and with great detail . it was easy to setup and get going with it and we love the samsung tv subscription that came with it. remote is easy to use as are the settings. when this one wears out will definitely buy another samsung they are just wonderful tv's....

No matter what we are doing the 4k resolution is incredible! It's slow sometimes but we use it a lot and our internet is faulty. I wish the remote was bigger and sturdier and had a full keyboard on it but other than that I love my tv
