The picture is “crystal” clear and also has a really cool game mode that makes it look even better. My only complaint is the smart tv OS. If Roku was on this it would be perfect. Highly recommend!

there have been so many annoying issues with this tv. i bought three months ago. since then there were issues with it losing connection almost daily. no other device in the house has this continuous problem. remote button pushes are about two seconds delayed on the tv at times. sometimes apps for streaming movies and shows simply disappear or no longer work. later they come back and they work. it might be hours or days. i'm always having to unplug and plug in the tv to connect to wifi. probably the worst tv i've ever owned.

The quality of the visuals is very clear and there are many features available so that things like Apple TV or Chromecast are not needed. My only issue is that I occasionally get pink/green colored screens or flickering screens on my TV. I end up having to reset the picture settings or unplug/plug the TV to fix the issue, but I just wish there was a better solution. Overall, the TV still works well and I would definitely recommend it for the price.

I am using this product for one year and satisfied with both hardware and software. I get a lot of TV channels from Samsong TV. I can download applications for free too. I use wifi to see and can see alot of TV move channels for free. Youhave htmi input and TV antrnna as phsical input only! I am happy to have this TV even I can not connet it o my old VCR or my old strerio. My old system has treditional AV output only.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the tv in 2020 and my children and I enjoy it! The resolution is great, it's sharp, and I paired it with the Samsung soundbar and we love movie nights! I have the 55 inch Crystal 4K in my room. I will forever use Samsung products.

love the tv and sound bar, so much, in fact, that today i purchased a samsung microwave and dishwasher, and will be adding a samsung drop-in range in the next week or so. further down the road is a samsung refrigerator, and washer & dryer. yep, i like the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As for the TV itself, we are very satisfied with it. What we do NOT like is the home screen and remote are not ergonomic. The remote: the main buttons used are the arrows, ok/enter, return, guide and home. They are placed in the lower third of the remote and are tiny resulting in the wrong button being pushed constantly! With them being placed in the lower area causes the remote to be placed in the upper part of hand making it unbalanced and easy to drop. The number buttons are at the top and large yet never have used them. There are 3 app buttons in the center that are also large and not used. The remote needs to be redesigned. The home screen: Too cluttered even with removing/deleting the things that are allowed to be removed. The area where you can organize your apps is small and hard to read even when they are enlarged through the accessibility settings. Finally, make sure you watch Samsung videos on transport and unpacking. I feel Most bad reviews of issues at the time of purchase and set up are due to the consumer mishandling.

its a great tv for movie lovers. the picture quality is unsurpassed. we love to have movie nights and whether its the latest mivie in the theaters to old classics the picture cant be beat. i would recommend adding a sound bar or some type of surround sound system for better audio quality
