I wish I could give 0 stars, but there's no option. My washer broke on the first day—it locked, and all my clothes got stuck. I requested service, but it has been a week, and no proper action has been taken. Please don't sell products if you don't have a good relationship with your vendors. When I call customer care, they don't provide proper answers, and sometimes they even disconnect the call. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy major appliances from Sam's—it’s a mess when a problem arise.
