Some of the reviews I saw claimed it doesn't clean well without the old style agitator but, that has not been my experience. Coming from that older type of washing machine, there is a learning curve on getting used to this newer machine. The preset options are very handy and easy to use. Plus you can change the water temperature on all of them (unlike the heat on the dryer). It's much larger than my previous machines and can even do king size comforters. Unless using Quick Wash, it is significantly slower than my previous machine, often needing 100 minutes per load. Overall though, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Terrible product. It is really pretty- but we have had nothing but problems over the past year of ownership. When I pay the price you’re asking for, I expect a product that does not need to be seen by a certified repair person more than twice. It is still not working and I spend most of the day adjusting the load so that it can spin it dry- it’s primary job. Really disappointed, waste of money.

I also love all of the different features that make it easy to know which wash option I want depending on the clothing load. I highly recommend this top load washing machine!

I bought the Samsung model WA54CG7105AV with the agitator and the agitator does not agitate my laundry. Had 2 technicians come and say they’ve had customers complain about the same thing. But because I bought it 3 weeks ago thinking there was a problem with it that’s why I had 2 technicians come to look at it I am unable to return or get the product swapped. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with this product and I was told there’s nothing anyone can do. So I have to deal with this washer that does not wash my laundry until I can save money to buy a new washer. This has been a total nightmare. Please save yourself and not buy the agitator one.

Although it is an extra large capacity washer. Which is great for big and tall people.There are great features on the washer that will help out in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My laundry room never looked better. I love the sleek clean design of my washer. The display is user friendly and easy to navigate. The upgrade with detergent and fabric softer tray is very nice and easy to clean. The internal water spot is awesome and convenient. Doing laundry is now a breeze. I love it. Only negative is the tub is so deep I have trouble reaching the bottom.

It even let's you know the duration for the different wash cycles, I love the soft self closing lid, I love that it is super quiet when being operated. It has so many cool features. Samsung outdid themselves on this washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the washer and dryer. Look wise, it looks compact vs the older washer and dryer I had but with the same loading capacity. I like the simple and easy to use, it is quiet and also having smart features that alerts you when the washer and or dryer is fine on your phone or smart watch is nice. Quick washing was nice to see, features that turn the appliances off when it is done is also nice, saving energy. I hope that these appliances can last at least 10 years, manufacturers nowadays do not make appliances to last longer unfortunately, it is across the industries.
