This is the most efficient, quiet, large capacity dishwasher I've owned. Easy to operate and not once have I had to wash something over again… so much easier to keep clean than stainless steel! Just love the white glass!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with my new dishwasher. I really like how quiet it is. I can even operate init when I have company over and we can visit easily as there is so little noise. I really enjoy the 3rd rack. A lot more than I thought I would. I am more than satisfied with the cleaning ability. Casserole dishes come out spotless even with baked on Foods. The pop open feature at the end of the cycle is a great time saver as the last of the moisture evaporates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of this dishwasher and the ability to shift the racks up and down depending on the size of the dishes in there. I also like how the cups just nestle eight in their spot and dont over around, which was an issue with my previous dishwasher. It is very quiet and sometimes we open it mid cycle on accident. I have it set up to my Smart things app so I alway know how much time is left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our first Samsung Dishwasher last summer, replacing another different brand dishwasher which had failed to clean properly. The Samsung washer has surpassed every single expectation I have ever had about dishwashers. Quiet as a mouse, cleans all dishes, flatware and glass to a sparkling, perfectly clean condition, every cycle. Thank you Samsung, you have gained a lifelong customer!!

If I could give this zero stars I would. The first dishwasher delivered had something wrong with the control panel so that every time you’d open the door the machine would keep running. On top of that the delivery/install team took nearly 2 hours and watched multiple YouTube videos to semi-complete the install. I setup a return and exchange with Samsung thru Sam’s Club. So I scheduled another day to be home and available for Samsung to come out and haul away the broken machine and for another team to come out with the new machine. Based on the install experience of the first machine, I opted to have my plumber install the dishwasher. A cost I would incur even though the install was built into the price. The first team, the ones picking up the machine, spent nearly 30 minutes trying to figure out how to disconnect the power from the dishwasher. I knew at that point getting my own plumber to do the installation was the right decision. Later that day, the second delivery team arrived and left the new dishwasher shrink wrapped in my dining room as I asked. A few days later, my plumber came out to install, and upon opening the styrofoam and shrink wrap it was noticed that the left leveling leg was broke and in pieces in the styrofoam. I notified Samsung that again there was an issue and their solution is to pick up the machine for a refund..What about my costs to have a plumber install the broken unit shimming up the left side in order to level the machine? Where’s my old dishwasher to put back since they’re now leaving me with a hole in my kitchen. The worst customer service from any manufacturer I’ve dealt with. So I may lose my time and my money spent on a plumber but it’s worth every dime if this review prevents anyone from buying Samsung in the future. Sam’s Club should also investigate Samsung and their delivery and install team. I don’t see how this reflects well on them either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing, no noise, cleaning excellent. I can use the app to start the job and it's very efficient. The space inside is enormous and have racks very ergonomics. All dishes are clean and dry quickly.

This is a sleek and stylish unit with some great features. Unfortunately, most of that becomes ineffective if you can't wash dishes in the dishwasher. In fairness, you can wash dishes, but you cannot wash dinner plates. Standard dinner plates measure 11 inches across and cannot be loaded in the dishwasher without interfering with the upper spray assembly. This seems to come as a result of Samsung adding a third rack which (IMHO) is completely useless and offers nothing to offset the limited space on the bottom rack. Consequently, since purchasing this appliance, we eat off of paper plates or wash the plates by hand, which kind of defeats the purpose of buying a dishwasher. Warning to future prospective buyers, check the interior space in your dishwasher and don't believe that manufacturers have actually considered that which homeowners actually value - being able to wash their dishes and plates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new dishwasher! It's quiet and doesn't leave the dishes grimy or spotted. Love using the SmartThings App with knowing when the load is completed. I appreciate the third mini rack on top which I end up using for large utensils.

This is a bad product. It started having issues before the first year of owning it. I called to get it fixed and they managed to get it to limp past the warranty. Now I have owned it for a year and a half. It gives the 5C code every wash which means it isn't draining right, but even prior to that it left food on the dishes. Now, it wasn't food that was on there before, but rather food from the water that it shot and then dried onto the dishes. This dishwasher is worse than not washing dishes. It makes them dirtier. It is a complete waste of money.
