Had this DW for just under 3 months when I received the "LC" code. It stopped working and the code would just flash and the drain pump would run. Called for service. Day one: A-I texting had me chase my tail for a day. Day two: After performing all their tests, the new A-I texting chat thought that I was worthy enough to text-chat with a real human. The real human (so I assumed) text-chatted with me on my phone and ran be through the same series of test questions. I passed that gauntlet and was worthy of having a real live service tech come to the house for "repairs". The scheduled me out a full week. So, I wasted 2 days texting on my phone with a A-I bot then had to wait another 7 days for repairs. Here is the lesson: Never ever purchase an appliance from Sam's or any other on-line store. Pay the extra money and go buy it from your local appliance dealership that employes their own service techs. It's well worth the money. This dishwasher was running flawlessly for three months until the "LC" code (which means internal leak) came on. It's a good machine. The service is the problem. A-I is close to dealing with the devil.

We now use less soap and get cleaner dishes. The open at the end of wash feature allows the last bit of moisture to evaporate after the cycle ends.

The auto release door really helps with drying process. The dishwasher is so quiet that you don't even hear it running. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung dishwasher (model: DW80CG5451SR) is absolutely fantastic. Its capacity is perfect and shelf design very functional. The dishwasher is very quiet and thoroughly cleans the dishes in reasonable amount of time. The overall performance exceeds our expectations and the smudge-proof stainless steel is easy to care for and no doubt far exceeds our old Kitchen Aid dishwasher.

I am a designer and have a Samsung business account. I have purchased the Bespoke refrigerator, and one of the 2023 versions of this dishwasher. have referred many, many people to buy the pieces from the Bespoke line. I bought this dishwasher a little over two years ago, Of course the warranty expired at 2 years. The repairperson said the parts for my particular model are already discontinued!!!!! So I need to buy a new dishwasher 27 months later!!! While I absolutely love the look of the appliances, so unique with the glass doors. As someone in the design and trade industry especially, recommending appliances to clients and friends. I am extremely, utterly disappointed in the brand now. There is a colossal lack of ethics and business responsibility to customers.

I’ve never owned a dishwasher before, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I’ve been very happy with it. The noise level is low and it cleans the dishes well. The only issue I ran into was a drainage problem. After inspecting it, I found that the drain pump cover had fallen out of place, which triggered an error code. Once I replaced it, the problem was immediately resolved, and the dishwasher has been working perfectly since. Samsung was also very helpful and responsive when I needed support. Aside from that small hiccup, I’ve had a great overall experience. I’m also very favorable toward Samsung because I purchased several appliances during Black Friday, and by bundling everything together this dishwasher ended up being free for me. If you can wait, Black Friday deals are definitely worth considering.

I love the no heated dry and that the door auto open so it can dry. It cleans all of my dishes very well. The upper rack is adjustable to allow for different sizes items in the top or bottom. The upper bonus rack is great for lids.

Love the AutoRelease feature, I typically plan to start the load after dinner and then by morning everything is finished and all the dished have dried. There is also a short cycle setting that does a load in around an hour. Other brands typically have wash times starting at at least 2 or 2 1/2 hours.

Before, we couldn't have a conversation in the next room with the dishwasher running; now, we can talk easily in the same room. The installation was straightforward and it looks great. I have not yet tried to use any of the connected features, yet, so I can't comment on that aspect, but the onboard controls are easy to understand and use.

It's partitioned so easy to put spoons and cups on top . Quick clean with less water so energy efficient and drying mode too . Making less noise .
