Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with this samsung dishwasher. The wifi features are very cool. I love that it notifies me when it's done. I was shocked at how quiet it is a well. Literally had no idea that my previous machines were so loud until I have this one. Another thing that's really cool about it is the top rack for utensils. I hated dealing with baskets and bending over to connect all the forks and spoons. The top rack really makes it easy and efficient to lay out any kind of utensils. Overall I would highly recommend!

Great dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very efficient with plenty of space for larger dishes and a tray for smaller items so they don't fly around during the wash cycle. Dishes always come out spotless. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Sam's will not install hardwired.

do not purchase a dishwasher from Sam's club if your current dishwasher is hardwired, and expecting them to install it. they WILL NOT INSTALL IT. I was under the assumption that I would get the delivery, then a third party would come to install the dishwasher, because it's a complex install. maybe I missed the fine print that says they will not install a hardwired dishwasher. so if your current dishwa5 is plugged in, by all means use Sam's. since they won't install I'm returning this and going elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER AND NOT FROM SAM'S CLUB

Pros: Quiet. Third Rack. Looks Nice. Great Features. Cons: Does not dry anything. AT ALL. If you think it will dry overnight. Think again. It also pools water at the front of the dishwasher door. WARNING: Sam's uses RXO for installation. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. They are terrible. 1st time they delivered the dishwasher, they claimed that my hardware was too short and I had a leak. Paid an electrician and plumber, the guy found no issues. Told me they didn't want to install it, and I confirmed with RXO that the team was running late for a job. 2nd team came out to install, and they installed to dishwasher crooked. It is literally jutting out 1.5 inches on one side. Please see photos. Maybe this is why it is pooling water. These guys do not know how to install dishwashers. Do NOT trust RXO unless you want to be buying another dishwasher in the short-term.

WARNING!!

This WARNING applies to any large appliance on the Sams Club site. Sams Club does not deliver or install this product (as it appears in the description). The vendors lie to Sams and in turn Sams lies to the customers. I ordered this dishwasher on 4/8/26 and it was delivered late on 4/27/26. Today on 5/16/26 it is still sitting in my living room. The guys that delivered it didn't know how to install the product or remove the current working dishwasher that we had. The delivery team broke my working Kitchen Aid dishwasher by pulling on the door to try and remove it. The door won't close now because it's bent. They neglected to unscrew it from the tabs holding it in place. So, I called Sams Club and they apologized and said they would get someone out to install it right away. That was on 4/27/26!! Today is 5/16/26!! They also filed a claim for the property damage. But, that's all they do...file a claim. Nothing has been done for 3 weeks. Its all third party vendors and insurance companies. Sams has no control over the situation and they are totally at the mercy of these third party companies. So, if you think you are getting quality service from Sams like in the club...your are NOT!! The sad part is that my wife has been washing dishes now by hand for 3 weeks! I asked Sams club how they valued the time of a homemaker. They just respond with...you will be compensated appropriately. Which so far is zero. So, I guess they value homemakers at zero!

Terrible delivery experience

I would love to just leave a review for this dishwasher, but our delivery experience was so awful I just need to warn potential buyers. RXO is the delivery company that Sam's uses to deliver to our area. Large appliances ALL include delivery, installation and haul away. RXO does not honor this. They claimed installation and haul away are not included, and said I need to purchase the installation kit because it's not included either. They just unloaded the dishwasher and left. I called Sam's. They apologized then scheduled the installation and haul away with guess who? RXO. Approximately a week later, they show up, walk straight to my kitchen sink, take a quick look at the connection and say they can't install because of a corroded valve. Claims it might break if he turns it on. The valve is absolutely not corroded and I had just turned said valve off 5 minutes before he arrived, because I'd just removed our old dishwasher. He also informed me that we would need to buy the installation kit (because he didn't have one), replace the valve and reschedule the appointment. Mind you, it's now been about 3 weeks since I ordered this dishwasher as it was originally supposed to be delivered before Thanksgiving. My husband was livid after hearing this guy say that he wasn't going to install it. He just said "Whatever, I'll do it myself". The guy then goes out to his truck, grabs the installation kit and hands it to us...the one he didn't have. These delivery guys at RXO are all lazy, incompetent liars with terrible work ethic. Definitely reflects badly on Sam's Club. I really hope we like the dishwasher, but I will never order an appliance again from Sam's Club. It would've been much simpler to just drive to Home Depot, purchase the dishwasher and then install it ourselves.

Got a code after 2 months

Had it for less than 2 months and got a code. Called Samsung and they sent someone out. They could not fix it as it was installed improperly. Now waiting on installer to call back to come fix the install so Samsung can fix the washer. Very disappointed and angry.

I Do Not Recommend buying from Sams Club!

⭐ 1 Star I purchased a Samsung dishwasher from Sam's Club because it was advertised with white-glove delivery and professional installation. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. The delivery and installation were handled by RXO, and they failed three separate times to complete the job. On the first scheduled delivery, I waited through the entire 4-hour delivery window only to be told at the very end that the installers didn't have the tools needed to perform the installation. On the second attempt, the delivery person called me after the delivery window had already passed and said he couldn't install the dishwasher at all, but was willing to simply drop it off. I refused because it was obvious that if I accepted delivery, I would be stuck trying to get someone to install it later. For the third scheduled appointment, the delivery was simply canceled with no explanation whatsoever. After wasting hours waiting for deliveries and dealing with repeated failures, I canceled the order. To make matters worse, more than a week later Sam's Club still had not processed my refund, forcing me to file a dispute with my credit card company. If you're purchasing an appliance that requires installation, be aware that the advertised white-glove service may not be what you actually receive. My experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable.

Breaks

Dishwasher itself is not bad but we are having to replace out circuit board after a year and a half. They sent the wrong part to our repairman and we have now waited almost two months for a repair. Our screen on our fridge went out at 13 mos. My previous Samsung products had serious issues early too, but I thought maybe they would be better now. We will never buy Samsung again and I warn everyone I know.

My one star rating is not for the dishwasher itself or Sam's club. It has to do with the installation and service after. it was installed 2" out of level and 2" sticking out past the counter. No anchor brackets only wedge to the top of the counter top no buttons in the side. I complained to Sam's and the lady was very nice. She said she would contact the installers and get it done right. Which she did and kept me informed. it took 2 weeks they came, they looked at it and the gut says where are the parts. I don't have any parts. they call their people their people say I have to order parts from Samsung. I call Samsung lady says, parts will be sent, great right. Nope now Samsung wants to see the receipts. So I send a copy of the invoice from Sam's. I notified the lady from Sam's and she said she would try to expedite the parts order. While she does this Samsung says my invoice does not have the model %23 on it. so I contact Sam's again, the lady sends me the proper documents I send them in. Finally parts come in. I call RXO the delivery and installation folks for this area. Got the date of 29May for service. Well today is May 29th and guess what. Got an email. from them saying I need to call to reschedule service delayed. I let the lady from Sam's know that I am tired of waiting, to get this done right and I would take care of it myself. 2 months and still the thing is not right' So my advice to the people that live in the RXO service area which I believe is western Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma. Good luck their service is the worst I've every encountered and I'm 80 years old and no Karen.
