Got this during a sale $575 (included install). That price cannot be beat. Unit itself is RICKDICULOUSLY quiet. Almost too quiet. First time I ran it, I wasn't sure it was even running. Controls are somewhat non-intuitive (you have to click a power button with little feedback, then select a cycle, then click Run, then close it and it waits a few seconds before it starts.) That's different from every other dishwasher I've used (which had a handle lock on it.) Anyway ... how does it work? I thoroughly clean dishes of debris BEFORE I put them in to keep the washer in good running order, so keep that in mind. As few food particles go into it. I don't do heavily greased up pots and pans in it ... just dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. Works great for this. I use the cheapest Sams dishwasher pods and some Jet Dry stuff. Machine pops open once the drying cycle completes so you know it's done because otherwise, it's so quiet you'd never know.

I waited a few weeks so I could give a fair and honest review, and I must say I am impressed. I love all things smart, so this fits right into my smart home. I also have al Samsung devices and appliances its great seeing everything working on my phones Smart Things App. Its super quiet as well, which really helps in my open living space. and it holds all my dishes with ease as it has multiple load options. This is by far the best Dishwasher I have ever owned.

It delivers consistently clean results, operates at impressively low noise (you barely notice it running), and offers plenty of capacity for everyday loads. The drying performance is nearly squeaky-clean—everything comes out looking great and drying very well. Overall, we've had no complaints at all. Just smooth, happy dishwashing every time.

I am very pleased with my new dishwasher. It has several useful cycles. It’s is surprisingly quiet. The racks ar perfect the top rack is deep enough to for items I could only foot on the bottom rack with my last dishwasher e.g., Air Fryer Basket. Bonus extra top rack for silverware and other utensils. It cleans and drys everything perfect, and the door pops open when the cycle completes to release the steam assist in drying. Finally it connects to my Samsung Smart Things. I love a Smart House.

It's so quiet that we barely even notice it's running, which is amazing for an open living room layout. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really enjoying this washer! I didn't realize just how loud my old dishwasher was until this one arrived. It's so quiet that I forgot it was running and then mistook what little sound I heard for leaking water. I was really impressed when I realized that it was just THAT quiet. There is a model that has a lower decibel rating but I'm very satisfied with mine. As far as the third rack is concerned? I think I'd be happier without it. I'd rather have the additional headroom. I haven't gotten around to seeing if it's removable. The dishes generally come clean and they're always completely dry by the time I empty it. I really appreciate that it opens itself to vent steam. Everything else seems to be very straight forward and works without a hitch, including being able to program it with my phone and getting alerts to my phone and tv when the cycle is complete

We have an open kitchen/living area, and we can run a cycle while watching a movie without hearing a thing. The sleek, minimalist design looks great in our kitchen, and the 'Auto Release' door feature at the end of the cycle is a small touch that makes a huge difference in drying performance.

do not purchase a dishwasher from Sam's club if your current dishwasher is hardwired, and expecting them to install it. they WILL NOT INSTALL IT. I was under the assumption that I would get the delivery, then a third party would come to install the dishwasher, because it's a complex install. maybe I missed the fine print that says they will not install a hardwired dishwasher. so if your current dishwa5 is plugged in, by all means use Sam's. since they won't install I'm returning this and going elsewhere.

⭐ 1 Star I purchased a Samsung dishwasher from Sam's Club because it was advertised with white-glove delivery and professional installation. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. The delivery and installation were handled by RXO, and they failed three separate times to complete the job. On the first scheduled delivery, I waited through the entire 4-hour delivery window only to be told at the very end that the installers didn't have the tools needed to perform the installation. On the second attempt, the delivery person called me after the delivery window had already passed and said he couldn't install the dishwasher at all, but was willing to simply drop it off. I refused because it was obvious that if I accepted delivery, I would be stuck trying to get someone to install it later. For the third scheduled appointment, the delivery was simply canceled with no explanation whatsoever. After wasting hours waiting for deliveries and dealing with repeated failures, I canceled the order. To make matters worse, more than a week later Sam's Club still had not processed my refund, forcing me to file a dispute with my credit card company. If you're purchasing an appliance that requires installation, be aware that the advertised white-glove service may not be what you actually receive. My experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable.

Have had only issues with Samsung devices. With in two years of buying this the dishwasher rack coating is deteriorating/peeling, exposing the metal underneath and causing extensive rust and corrosion on the rack tines. This shouldn't happen especially after only having it a short time.
