It’s partitioned so easy to put spoons and cups on top . Quick clean with less water so energy efficient and drying mode too . Making less noise .

I was shocked at how quiet it is a well. Literally had no idea that my previous machines were so loud until I have this one. Another thing that's really cool about it is the top rack for utensils. I hated dealing with baskets and bending over to connect all the forks and spoons. The top rack really makes it easy and efficient to lay out any kind of utensils. Overall I would highly recommend!

I waited a few weeks so I could give a fair and honest review, and I must say I am impressed. I love all things smart, so this fits right into my smart home. I also have al Samsung devices and appliances its great seeing everything working on my phones Smart Things App. Its super quiet as well, which really helps in my open living space. and it holds all my dishes with ease as it has multiple load options. This is by far the best Dishwasher I have ever owned.

I’ve never owned a dishwasher before, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I’ve been very happy with it. The noise level is low and it cleans the dishes well. The only issue I ran into was a drainage problem. After inspecting it, I found that the drain pump cover had fallen out of place, which triggered an error code. Once I replaced it, the problem was immediately resolved, and the dishwasher has been working perfectly since. Samsung was also very helpful and responsive when I needed support. Aside from that small hiccup, I’ve had a great overall experience. I’m also very favorable toward Samsung because I purchased several appliances during Black Friday, and by bundling everything together this dishwasher ended up being free for me. If you can wait, Black Friday deals are definitely worth considering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My biggest issue is that it doesn’t dry my dishes all the way. Not to mention that even putting in the jet dry stuff, the little door never opens. So I’m not sure why this is, maybe that’s the problem.
