[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher, quiet,fast,good water saving,the inside compartments are well designed, sleek exterior, drying power is excellent, the dishes are coming out very clean,the machine is a great addition to my kitchen.

If I could give this zero stars I would. The first dishwasher delivered had something wrong with the control panel so that every time you’d open the door the machine would keep running. On top of that the delivery/install team took nearly 2 hours and watched multiple YouTube videos to semi-complete the install. I setup a return and exchange with Samsung thru Sam’s Club. So I scheduled another day to be home and available for Samsung to come out and haul away the broken machine and for another team to come out with the new machine. Based on the install experience of the first machine, I opted to have my plumber install the dishwasher. A cost I would incur even though the install was built into the price. The first team, the ones picking up the machine, spent nearly 30 minutes trying to figure out how to disconnect the power from the dishwasher. I knew at that point getting my own plumber to do the installation was the right decision. Later that day, the second delivery team arrived and left the new dishwasher shrink wrapped in my dining room as I asked. A few days later, my plumber came out to install, and upon opening the styrofoam and shrink wrap it was noticed that the left leveling leg was broke and in pieces in the styrofoam. I notified Samsung that again there was an issue and their solution is to pick up the machine for a refund..What about my costs to have a plumber install the broken unit shimming up the left side in order to level the machine? Where’s my old dishwasher to put back since they’re now leaving me with a hole in my kitchen. The worst customer service from any manufacturer I’ve dealt with. So I may lose my time and my money spent on a plumber but it’s worth every dime if this review prevents anyone from buying Samsung in the future. Sam’s Club should also investigate Samsung and their delivery and install team. I don’t see how this reflects well on them either.

Although I purchased this dishwasher for it's looks and to fit in with the rest of our Bespoke appliances, I wish I noticed the lack of a heating element. Our dishes are constantly wet when removed, even overnight and even with the auto open activated, and it's not what I was expecting. The dishwasher is super quiet, the third upper race is convenient and the dishes are consistently clean, but I just can't get past having to manually dry the dishes every day. I can't say I'd recommend this product to a friend.

The installation and set up were not a breeze but also not too difficult. The app notifications are pretty cool to have. The only negative is that the drying isn't great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven’t had the opportunity to use all the features and benefits of this dishwasher. Have had it installed for about 3 weeks and have ran it about 4 times. Confused because I think that the drying feature isn’t working properly. Dishes are still misty with water. Some dishes actually still dripping water. Just running normal cycle. Using dishwashing pods. It is a beautiful appliance, just want performance to match the beauty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is efficient and quiet. This was a replacement for another dishwasher that stopped efficiently washing dishes. We now use less soap and get cleaner dishes. The open at the end of wash feature allows the last bit of moisture to evaporate after the cycle ends.

Great dishwasher, quiet, energy efficient, wifi is useful and the door opening at the end of the cycle is really neat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet operation, it cleans all my dishes great. My favorite feature is that it pops its self open after it’s done to air dry. In the Samsung hub app I can choose eco cycles to save energy.

We paid extra to get a white one, and what we got is a grey one. Model number says it's white. Eyeballs say it's grey. Support says it's white. I t attached a photo that clearly shows that it is grey next to our very white kitchen cabinets.
